I am writing to provide a suggestion and raise a concern, I have noticed that the app displays only the paid bills, which limits the ability to track electricity usage over time, especially when trying to compare the old and new meter readings and calculate unit differences. It would be extremely helpful if the app could also show unpaid or free bills along with their respective unit consumption details. This would allow users like me to keep a more accurate record of electricity usage.

They have mentioned numbers to contact but never pick the call. I was on the waiting list for 1 hour and only an automated voice was played.

It's good for bill payment and tracking units consumption. It also has a complaint feature, but the complainant feature is too poor, the complaints go unattended even after weeks (edit: months) of registering it. Also the latest version (v2.0.1) takes forever to load the app, but the app still doesn't run.

I made a payment for my electricity bill through your website, and the amount was successfully deducted from my bank account. However, even after three days, the payment is still not reflected on your portal. This delay is unacceptable, especially since a late fee has now been added to my bill due to no fault of mine.
