This problem is back, and worse! While trying to complete my programme by hitting "next" I find myself unable to do so, and An entire one of my programmes is missing. This is resolved only by signing out and back in. Frustrating to have to do this multiple times in a session. It seems to have got worse recently.

App is clunkier than my dodgy ankle. My physiotherapist and I had trouble connecting on the app. Either she couldn't hear sound or I couldn't, or video wouldn't play. The physio exercises don't load properly unless I close and reload the app for each exercise. The app is a mess. Like my injury.

Fails to update program when my physio changes the exercises. Web page on desktop machine works fine but that's not much help as I can't move it to where I need to do the exercises. Loads of other bugs. Really poor app.

Constantly logs me out and makes me log in again with em entirely forgettable code and my DOB. The app itself is passable, but not exactly great. When you consider the money I pay for physio, I'd really hope for better.

Terrible app, force to log out many times just to see exercises. In second session unable to revive calls , then gave wrong program code error. Worked then from other device. Still not working on main device. Horrible.

If I could give a zero for this service I would. I booked an appointment for my son, and the call did not happen. No one bothered to let me know that this was because the wrong physio had been booked. He should have had a paediatric physio. They decided it was best just not to bother contacting me at all. Disgusting customer service. If they dare try to charge me for a missed appointment. Absolute rubbish.

Absolutely rubbish, had a post covid rehab appointment, they changed the original time from 4.30 to 2pm which I was ok with, I sat at the laptop all ready and prepared with the app open from 1.40, nothing happened until 3pm when I had a call from them, unfortunately I missed this call, rang back next morning to rearrange appointment, lady took my details then said she was putting me on hold for approx 5 minutes then had the cheek to HANG UP ON ME??!! Would give 0 stars if I could, Not happy!

No problems at all until 2 recent updates. Reinstalling sorted it out the first time but this time the app closes immediately after opening. Info says it has a bug.
