It,s good when I need reminded what my excercise plan is I can easily find out It helps me, it,s easy to read and follow. The instructions to help me do the excercises are clear.

Doesn't work. Shows exercises complete when I haven't yet done them. Or doesn't show exercises at all. Or I can access the exercise but cannot rate the pain. Or I cannot "complete" it. Reported 3 times. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times as physios suggest but still doesn't work - given up.

The app won't load it just closes off as you try & load it up (Todays issue). Don't know how I am suppose to do my exercises. I've also found out aswell that new exercises won't load on app until you sign out & sign back in. But no one told me of this, By chance I figured this out myself. Due to that I was left complaining on the phone that I hadn't been forwarded my exercises numerous of times. Please sort these issue's out as otherwise it would be a great app to use!

Great way to show how to do exercises, helped a lot. Good way to record recovery. BUT. It stopped working yesterday for no reason. Can still record messages, but nothing else shows. Lost scale of use and pain levels..

Useful app but there is a really annoying bug when you first open your exercises for the day. Initially when you go to rate the difficulty/pain it will constantly revert back to 0 for about 20 seconds. This leads to inputting incorrect data.

Excellent service. I think the staff know what they are doing and the app is a great way of seeing the exercises you need to adhere too. I screenshot the routines and stuck them to the fridge... stop whinging guys, and get your excerises done.

I wanted to use the app on my surface pro. i couldnt see why this wouldnt work. I clicked to download the app and found that had been installed on my Sony Walkmann. This has a tiny screen and no camera. If the app cant be installed on Windows, they should tell you

Brilliant. The videos show you exactly what to do. You can set reminders to nag you to do your physio, and log what youve done. Your physiotherapist can add in the minimum recommended repetitions, sets and how long to hold positions. I'm only on day one, but I'm sure this will make me much more conscientious.
