Loading toons of comeetials. Probably viral. Update!!! Last review is quite outdated and I am really happy to see the progress that one application make in its life cycle. So in short The latest version now have really easy interface that works smooth. Most of the practice are now quite well described and easy to follow. There is also more detail about each practice and breathing techniques on each one. Commercials are still annoying but they came after practice circles. Explore the website to.

Extremely disturbing ads, loud and intrusive just when you finish an exercise snd your mind is in no condition to listen to a sales pitch. The menu has an item to upgrade by payment of money, but that feature does not work. App has many, many small glitches that should be easy to fix, but the developer does not acknowledge bug reports, and does not fix anything. The app's GUI is in English, but that is not the developer's native language, and you can save yourself the trouble of reporting.

This is a good app. It does take a little time getting used to, to setup the breathing timers and using them, but once you understand how the breathing practices are done, you get the hang of it. It took me a few instances to find my own breathing rhythm. Its a very technical way of doing the breathing practices, good for beginners. But you have to shift to the normal way after a while, without the sound of the app telling you to inhale and exhale and listening to your own breathing rhythms.
A Google user
I liked this app very much. But I see no upload button in report. I would really like to have a sync option to Google fit account with calories burned. No dark mode present in the application. Seems like the further development and bug fixes have been stopped. The features given are good but can be improved because there's a lot of room to improve. I hope that team for this application hadn't been done with this app's future growth and will take suggestions seriously. I'm willing to pay more.

It's a superb app. May be small changes which can be done is sound and written language can be different as an option. In individual pranayam sound off/on option can be there. In kapalbhati - round option can be added. But still it is a very nice and pertinent app for pranayam. Many thanks and look for to contributing and receive updates. Best Wishes

Probably the best pranayam/yoga app available out there. I've been using it a couple of years now and the experience has been amazing. The background and context provided for each technique is narrated beautifully. Instructions are easy to follow. Nuances are explained very well and provides enough motivation to practice the techniques

Hi, It's my favorite app since many years. I want to thank you for making it. There is a problem which I want to share with you for its best performance. When I got it installed second time it doesn't run in background. In first installation , I used to do pranayam with this app in background sound and doing my personal important task on mobile screen simultaneously. I want to use it same like before. Please guide me and make it run in background also. Thanks

It is really very nice app . One of the best , among I used earlier , i have purchased full add free version . i am using it regulerly as daily routine in morning nothing can be better for pranayama , but problem is found in asanas . firstly , it does not have repeatation count and can not depend on audio support (needs exact action instruction ) for different phases of any asanas
