Lots of fighting with downloads. I started using this app for the available content, but end up having to fight to get episodes downloaded. I'll start a few and invariably one or more will get "stuck," refusing to download or let any other episodes download. When I try to delete to episode blocking others, it won't delete and I have to force stop the app, reopen, and try again. It takes several try and feels like a huge waste of time.

I first rated them higher as the app sometimes works as intended, however after deciding I wanted better functionality from a podcast app I discovered that Podbean seems to allow you to import OPMLs from other apps but will not allow you to export podcasts. How convenient for them. And another inconvenience for users, on top of a skipping and halting player, intrusive and annoying ads, buttons that don't work (a read more that doesn't expand the description).

Tried loads of podcast apps when googles podcast app was discontinued and this was my favourite one. Could be doing with a slightly better layout but apart from that it's good. The only issues I've had with the app is the consistency of the played podcast info. Seems to forget I've listened to podcasts sometimes. But all in all it's the perfect podcast app for anyone to use as their daily driver.

I have to say that, this app was fantastic. Before last update. I am running this app on Android 5.1.0. And now I cannot even open this app. Minimum requirement is 5.0.0. Front page freezes after telling me there's a problem with my Java app. I'm really sad, because this app was the very last one that I could run on my Android system. Suggestions, app minimum requirements shall be changed to what ever app needed.

Three main issues. The first two have been occurring for some time. And yes I'm using the latest version: 1. Randomly inserts podcasts from "followed" list into playlists without my requesting them and without their being downloaded. 2. Various podcasts one day all the played items are showing as played. Then the next day they are all showing as unplayed again. 3. Is struggling to download. Keeps trying and uses up excessive battery.

I had initially given the app 5 stars. However, I have been encountering issues that are making the user experience frustrating. Perhaps the biggest is that the app is doing a really bad job of keeping track of the episodes I have listened to. Sometimes it will show episodes as unplayed, even if I've listened to the whole thing. Other times, I will open the app and instead of playing an episode where I left off, it will pick another episode that I have already listened to.

This app consistently has an issue where pressing the pod to play an episode doesn't work. It's as if the pod acknowledges it's set to start playing but is forever stuck at not doing anything. You have to press the pod again for it to work. The issue is also inconsistent. Sometimes it works fine but other times it doesn't. It's been an issue for sometime but the devs don't bother to make the necessary changes.

Great for podcast listeners. Ever since Google podcast went away I've been looking around. Spotify was kind of sort of okay but does stupid things like not allow you to set up cues to listen in what order you want. Amazon was good, but did not have a fast forward within a podcast feature. Pod bean is the answer to everything. You can find every podcast and you can put them in whatever order you want to listen to them
