A useless app for the most cumbersome to operate document management system known to man. Seriously, how hard would it be to make a system where you can drop a file in and assign people to sign/review without 74 additional steps that may, or may not work? And maybe add an app that you get one alert you open and sign?

Took alot of playing around with different settings before I figured out why the app wouldn't download to phone. App will not download if VPN is connected. Just used it for the 1st time & it seems very efficient. If anything negative changes after further usage, I will adjust my review accordingly.

The app used to work flawlessly. But now it seems to not be compatible with android system. I put the site key in and it opens a web page, loads, and sends me right back to put the site key in again. Super annoying.

I haven't figured out a way to sort files or get push notifications when new files are added. This results in missed announcements. Would be a great feature to have.

Working as the Accreditation Manager, PowerDMS has become an invaluable tool. PowerDMS Mobile is targeted at the end users. My end users can get notifications that there are policies waiting to be reviewed and then read and sign off on the policies all while in the field. Additionally, it provides a path for the end user to review the policy while in the field with out having to login via a laptop or desktop.

When I sign my document, it doesn't have the option to go to the next document. Since I can't do that, I have to press the back button and it undoes the signature, thereby making the app useless.

Every time I open a document the app freezes and crashes. I also can't sign off on anything since it keeps crashing. The app used to work perfectly.

It would be nice to be able to get push notifications when new documents are published. It would also be nice to be able to sort the document lists by date publish. (Asc, desc)
