Went extremely downhill. It started good. Now it has incorporated a new rule where you have to book well ahead of time to get a severely limited amount of spots. No more turning up to your favorite gym if you finish work early. Now you can go to the same gym and see it almost empty but it will still show up as fullly booked on the app, refusing you entry. Trash.

CORRECTION. AFTER CLEARING THE CACHE AND THE DATA IN APP STORAGE PERMISSIONS, I MANAGED TO MAKE IT WORK. I just updated the app and I cannot login anymore. As soon as I put my password, the app just redirects me to the login page. I didn't want to update, but the app was insisting that I do and then it stopped working.

If you live in DXB or visit frequently and you enjoy going to the most beautiful beach clubs in top luxurious hotels then Privilee is TOP for you.. Not only beach clubs, you get super discounts at really top restaurants, bars and spas. The client service and our contact with Privilee was quick and sufficient. You get treated exclusively and very well at the venues.

Service is good. App not so much. 1. Why does this app need more than 1 gb per month? 1.35 gb this month of mobile data!! 2. Sometimes when I try to checkout the button doesn't work. 3. Why was the sort nearby option removed recently? 4. Why isn't class booking promised year after year and never done or even piloted?

it's a good service, but hotels are being removed quickly from the list so be careful. I wouldn't recommend getting a yearly subscription as it may be hard to get your money back if their scheme collapses

The app randomly stops working or responding, especially when I'm trying to check into a location & then I have to wait for however long it takes for it resolve.

Watch out, for the good venues they list (like Zabeel Saray), they either have 0 slots or a handful and you never get an availability, even when trying to book at 8:00 pm for the following day, the second they open it for bookings they tell you no more space left.

Hands ✋️ down one of the best fitness apps in the UAE. I don't usually leave reviews from apps (especially paid ones) however, Privilee's value for users goes way beyond their price point. Absolutely 💯 fantastic 👏
