Paywalled random deals and the campaign with a subscription model. Even though I paid for access to it with a prior one time payment. Also had an issue prior to this update where it crashed after trying to connect to Google Play Services. So I was basically forced to update to this lesser version. Save your money. If you want a card game that respects your time and money get Balatro. It's a one time payment and has endless entertainment. Don't waste your time with this.

SCAM! BEWARE! I completely purchased this app back in 2019 and have played it on a regular basis. Just recently, they changed the app completely and they uninstalled the old app from my cell phone and installed the new version and now want to charge me again, but this time a monthly or yearly fee in addition to other monies for clues. I have already purchased the program so I shouldn't have to pay again and will not. my guess is that someone else purchased the company. uninstalling!

I upgraded the app today. it doesn't recognize that I already purchased Elite couple years ago. I can't do anything except the trial after the upgrade. I don't care about the other purchasable options, just want what I paid for. I had to upgrade the app because it crashed when trying to connect to my play profile. the update tendered the app useless to me even though I purchased it previously.

What did you do??? YOU HAVE RUINED THIS GAME!!! I now have to pay to play any games? Fine. I paid for Elite status so that I can keep playing the random games (Even though I already did that years ago!) Now, if I restart a random game, it doesn't restart the game I am currently playing (like it used to). Instead, it deals a completely new game! FIX IT! ***UPDATE 3.30.25 - I paid for Elite & that access ended after 24 hrs! All games are locked! Do I have to pay for it daily now? If so, goodbye!

I love the game and have installed the new version and subscribed. Unfortunately, the annual subscription which was purchased shows up as monthly for nearly twice the cost.

Edit: Finally uninstalled. --I really like this game and everyone should play it and I've had it rated five stars for a very long time but the last update was 2017. It will never get any better than it is already. There's lots of issues with sizing on phones that can probably be fixed very quickly if someone cared to spend the revenue on improvements.

I purchased it years ago. With new update now they want me to buy it again via a monthly or annual subscription!? I'm not sure what happened but the crashing issue was fixed but now I can't even play without buying a monthly\annual subscription. What happened to my original purchase? Don't I own the rights to play the game already? I shouldn't have to pay a monthly fee to play a game I already bought.
