The app is still bad. Payment is always an issue. Finally, the app now doesn't let you see how many patients are in front of you after the initial screen where you see the docs and patients in queue. Effectively, they just leave you hanging and waiting with NO VISIBILITY of how far you're away from seeing the doctor. Going from bad to worse.

Tried to get a consultation today morning. I chose the fastest route to get any doctor available, but after my status was changed to 'Connecting now', it just stayed that way for more than 10 minutes without my consultation starting. And I cancelled and tried twice, which gave the same outcome. The app did state that the app was undergoing revamp from 16 July to 18 July. I have used the app for years without any issue. Not sure what happened

Giving a one star review, because you only deserve one. Waiting for a long time for my turn, end up your stupid app had glitches when i wanted to press the accept call button. What the heck is this?????

First time using and i already faced one of the worst consultation with this app.This is a complaint made towards Cheng Wei Ray,very unprofessional doctor. the worst doctor ive ever consulted in my whole entire life. Never even consult the patient and even hang up during at the midst of me explaining my situation. I was still explaining and he goes " Ok go consult physical Doctor ok thank bye" and hang up, looks like hes here just to score as many patients as he could.

Trying to make a payment but having issues. When I try to change payment method it says an transaction is still busy and I should cancel it but does not give any option to cancel. The refesh button also doesn't work

Cannot even log in to the app now, because it asks for an email OTP but after waiting and waiting no OTP has been sent to my email (I checked the spam folder as well). And when I select to try SMS instead, nothing happens on the screen and no SMS is received either. Terrible, just as I was really needing to teleconsult a doctor. Now I need to find an alternative.

The app has gone from bad to worse. Can't load the in queue page. Connection was terrible with the doctor. And after consultation, it showed to wait 40000 seconds for payment confirmation.

The registration experience was a breeze, being able to pull info from singpass. Unfortunately had alot of issues connecting with the doctor. For 2 consecutive attempts, I was notified that the app can't get in touch with me when it was my turn for the consultation, and had to rejoin the queue. My headache was killing me so I decided to try another telemed app.
