This app has three modes to compress images:
1. Quick Compress: The easiest way to compress photos. Simply select the amount of compression and click “compress”, the app will optimize the image to save space while looking as good as the original.
2. Compress to a specific file size: You specify the size of the photo in KB (kilobytes), press "compress" and let the app to the optimizations. This feature is recommended when you need to compress photos to an exact file size.
3. Manual: here you can manually select the desired width and height of the image, as well as the compression amount. This mode gives you full control on the compression and resizing process.
Each mode supports batch compression and batch resizing.

After trying a few other "photo compression apps" that are either so handicapped in features or by ads in their "free" versions, or else barely compress, or actually INCREASE photo size, I'm shocked that this app actually compressed a small 300kB photo down to about 35kB (one tenth the size)with very good results! Will do more testing, but so far, a keeper...

Seems to me everything is as described it just does a couple pop-up ads and the difference offers difference in conversion of file format doesn't hit you with a whole lot of advertisement prompt doesn't resolve in a difference of individualizing everything in segments to do one at a time but does it as groups as photos formatting conversion from megabytes to kilobytes as some of my photos were bigger even and it did all of them 36 photos at one time conversion low pixel awesome awesome awesome

Does exactly what it says. Reduces file sizes by a lot without removing a lot of quality. Very easy to use and insanely quick. Converts pictures almost immediately and all you have to do for the free version is watch one short ad. Would definitely recommend 👍

It works, well. My only complaint is that I wish I could compress multiple images at once. It doesn't have to be quick compression, I'd just like to get the image selection process out of the way so I can just let the app work on my images. EDIT- The developer's right, that feature is included

Quick and easy user interface. However, when images are compressed they're also resized down to 2072 x 1554. None of the original EXIF information is retained. There is no configuration options or settings available. Selecting the manual option and entering the same resolution as the original image results in a file size twice as large as the original. So I doubt there is any actual image compression happening, but rather image resizing only?

Really like it! Fast and easy, no time-wasting nonsense. Got the Pro version for a few bucks to avoid ads, worth it. Update: still like it, use it for work all the time. But occasionaly shows the popup asking for a review, which as you can see I have already done. No biggie, just letting you know. Thanks!

AVOID, CONTAINS CLICK BAIT LINKS.....This app does work but contains barely recognisable pop up links which are nothing to do with compressing photos but accidentally clicking on one which innocuously said "download" has lead to me being scammed out of £25.... AVOID Follow up in response to the developers comment. According to Google it is possible for developers to block certain adds, so you could deal with this if you wanted to.. the add is still on the app, so you must be choosing not to.

Works better than Photo Compressor, because it just brings up the system's filing software when selecting photos instead of trying to show the file system within the app. This way is much quicker and easier to use. Can compress large batches of photos (I did 500) very quickly for their size. Much better to have an app than online as well as you can bypass having to upload the images to a website then download them again. Option to replace all files with compressed version is a great feature too.
