Support is just terrible. they often deploy updates where customer is not informed.

The app works as it should be, but it still have rooms for improvement such as. 1. Trigger the cash drawer to open. 2. Automatically cut the receipt on print 3. More character for end note of the receipt. 4. Logo on receipt 5. Low invty email 6. Cashier Log out option. 7. Cashier prompt to login to transact. This features are working well with other pos app, the competitive advantage of utak is the accreditation with the bir but it would not hurt to add some new helpful features.

Its good, but it doesnt support split payment transactions (like gcash and additional cash in a single transaction) and it doesnt have dine in or takeout buttons which other pos systems have. Hoping this could be included in future updates.

Used this for our cafe. Simplified our inventory and sales tracking compared to our old cash register. Also replaced the manual DTR that we were using to track employee hours.

1. Table number , date and time sa stickers. 2. Print sticker and/ Order slip before payment. 3. Pag select ng specific item/s lang na mapiprint sa Order Slip since lahat ng item nasasama sa current version. 4. Maconnect sa Cash register para automatic mag open after transactions. Malaking tulong po if madagdag features na toh 🙏
