Shocking app, never works properly and is never up to date. Please fix and update. Update: some issues have been fixed and there seems to be more consideration for user experience. I have bumped this review up to 3 stars simply because it already looks and seems more functional, but the proof will be in when the NFC ticketing works and the content is regularly refreshed. Will post back if that changes.

Audio not working. For the last few weeks the audio commentary doesn't work. I have a subscription to listen, but have had to access this via the website. Not great as stops when screen goes off. Forced stop, cleared cache. Still knackered. Please sort out. Soon.

I have to reset my password every week for Robins TV to work. The latest news doesn't appear in "Latest News". I have this App because it's the only way to watch the team I love. But it's so so awful. UPDATE: nothing has changed in the two years since I posted this review.

Does not always work, don't always get matches you pay for. Very little help/support. No communication from club when service is down. Updates of info are so slow behind the websites updates. Basically tinpot app. Reflects so badly on the club.

The app is quite good... ...as long as you're only interested in the men's team! The women don't get a look in, despite outperforming the men in their respective leagues this season. Sexism at it's finest! Have a look at Man City's app for an example of a good one, which gives due prominence to their women's team too. Your fabulous female Robins deserve it.

As reported by others the live audio feature no longer works on my device. At best it was only intermittent and kept cutting out mid - match, but still, was the feature I used most.

Audio commentary drops and needs to be restarted several times each game. Now it tells me I have no subscription. It's been like this for years and is really disappointing.

Unable to use radio feature. It was never great but now doesn't recognise subscription. I have to go through the website to listen to live games, which isn't great. When will this be fixed?
