While opening the 全支付 icon in the app. It's keep giving me the message it is login to other device. You can either change password. I did what the error message said I change my password. I change password so many times and try to uninstall and install it again. Still giving me the same error. So it suggest to just download the 全支付 app. It is troublesome to use two apps rather than one app. The customer service can even help with the problem.

The app is broken. Used to work fine on my Galaxy S8+. Since the last update it has not been able to connect to the server leaving me dead in the water. Tried complete uninstall and reinstall to no avail. Will just have to learn to live without it.

This app is very difficult to use, as evidenced by the long lines at checkouts: people can't use it. It won't accept the password i chose like five seconds ago and keeps locking me out. Terrible app overall. A gimmick, really.

seems to be a good app with lots of functionality however the lack of an English option makes it torturous to use. please add an English language option ASAP!!
