Still not working for me. I did the update. All the pages are working again except my profile page. I'm still not able to view my sponsorships or manage them and because of that I can't pay them Update. Able to log in now. Reports are not opening. Any link they send through email does not open. Hoping these issues get fixed

Thank you for all of your efforts at beganing but some topics are need to be update , more of that it seems there are some bugs missing. Better if the developer is trying and use the application before publish to avoid any mistakes. Need to simplify the application as i see there are many repeating and semmeller topics titles which make a confuse for the benefactor. I will give you 3 stars.

It was working good until recently the app stopped launching. Basically, when I click on the icon it's stuck on the first page that shows the logo and never actually starts. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

The app is now working fine. 👌🏻 But please allow to toggle off the log-in options via fingerprint & facial recognition. I turn them off, but they immediately switch back on. And every time I open the Personal Profile tab, I get a message to activate fingerprint quick log-in. Which is a nuisance since I keep turning it off.

Lack of customer service/ technical support. Application never send verification code to USA numbers, I could not change the email address since the activation email does not contain any URL, and can't change or reset password at all. Support never answer emails and live chat people are not technical to solve such as problem. I hope this comment will find someone who cares to fix/enhance the application/website services.

Tried to get an appointment for collection, the guy only spoke arabic (fine, but means i cant schedule pickup as i only speak english) but then the app doesnt let you cancel without a reason... None of which were 'inability to communicate'.

Why the reports can't be opened always ?! I feel very bad because I want to see the donation process and follow up and I can't see a single picture ! This is not good. And recently the app has stopped working! Please fix these issues. Today 23/1/2021 and still the issue not solved !! Very disappointed.
