Qobuz hands down has some of the best quality sounding music. The problem is Accessing your account and changing settings to pay for annual subscription. It's just too difficult to ask for help, no way to contact anyone with questions and confusing to find the settings you have set up in your account. There should be a reminder that tells you to renew your subscription, but everything is buried in menus and finding out the settings is confusing! Other than that, it's a good app.

The design and functioning of this app is a mess. There is no favorite section even though you're allowed to create favorites and on the desktop it shows up. It's hard to find what you're looking for and very hard to use. App on phone and tablet both randomly stop playing. Recently the entire app crashes. To get to my account I have to fill out Captchas! One aggravation after another. I'm just canceled.

Definitely higher quality than any other music platform I've used, BUT way more errors. Randomly cuts out for half a second mid-sing. Sometimes stops playing altogether. Sometimes randomly starts playing. Highly frustrating, but I can't get true 24-bit FLAC downloads elsewhere as evidenced by file sizes. Tidal claims they do, but their file sizes do not reflect this. UPDATE: I emailed them like they asked and I didn't even get a reply. Just an automated one saying my ticket was closed

All Streaming services need to allow you to only show the artists you like and stop pushing their choices on you. Qobuz is no better than any other service. They push smut like everyone. Update: I had purchased the HiFi Sublime subscription because I wanted to buy my favorite music at a lower cost. Turns out the music is the same price as the other plans. I have checked dozens of albums, they are all the same. Not only that they are cheaper at other services. So why did I pay the 50% extra?

Downloads don't automatically play unless you are disconnected from a network, and even then, it is buggy sometimes, and you have to mess around with it to get the downloads to play. Please push an update that will play downloads smoothly and preferably over streaming it even if you are connected to a network. If I have songs downloaded and I am connected to a network that is slow, the song shouldn't have to stop and buffer. I think downloads should take preference over streaming.

Signed up for a free trial but was charged immediately. Support says I wasn't eligible and won't refund. Up until I was charged, everything said "free trial," stating I'd be charged in 30 days. Why not just refund me and take away access to the service? On a separate note, the app aggregates smaller artists with the same name. This is why I didn't continue after a trial 2 years ago.

Actively hostile app. Avoid it at all costs. Not only are they refusing to implement absolute standard features, such as saving the shuffle/repeat settings, they're also making the app intentionally worse, by dropping features randomly, as well as doing things like mixing individual songs, albums and playlists in the same menu, you have to use a filter to get what you want, and that's not saved either. Don't use qobuz if you can. They even made the ability to buy music worse.

Wonderful except for glitches. It has trouble downloading to the SD storage and won't always migrate my downloaded playlist or albums either. Sometimes it says I can't play things because I'm not a subscriber - although I've been for a long time. It's missing a number of crucial releases. I don't like it when they remove albums that were originally there . That said, I'm very happy with the sound quality & the number of HQ audio available. Generally the catalogue & pricing are great.
