Dice Statistics is a dice roller and calculator with a built-in statistical ouput for estimating the odds of scoring dice rolls.

Features:
- Roll any sum, multiplication, or power of dice, e.g.: 4d120 + d6 * d6^0.5
- (H)igh rolls: 4d6H3 - roll four 6-sided dice, keep the 3 highest
- (L)ow rolls: 2d20L - roll two 20-sided dice, keep the lowest
- See dice roll distributions for your rolls and quickly estimate odds for scoring more/less/equal than a certain value.

Dice roll distributions can be useful for any serious gamer, such as a d&d rpg player to estimate the probability of scoring hits or dealing certain amount of damage. (H)igh and (L)ow rolls can be easily used also for 5th edition Advantage/Disadvantage rolls.

Dice syntax:
xdy : rolls a y-sided dice for x times and sums the results
xdyHz : same as above, but take only z highest rolls
xdyLz : same as above, but take only z lowest rolls
d0y : roll a dice which has also a zero side; i.e., roll results are 0,...,y

Exactly what it says on the tin. No nonsense dice calculator with built-in tools for analyzing the distribution of rolls. Clean professional UI. It does seem to lack some of the more advanced features found in dedicated dice rolling software like roll20 or anydice but it is exactly the sort of tool I was looking for

Very useful app. I use it, as I'm sure many others do, for TTRPGs. One, and only one feature I could hope for; the ability to overlay two graphs and compare those results. I know very little about statistics and even less about programming, so I don't know how difficult such a thing would be, but the ability to compare the results of two different probability distributions would be amazing. Often times in TTRPG, especially when taking on the role of game master or homebrewer, the ability to compare the outcomes of two different dice rolls with different modifiers against one another is an extremely useful ability in balancing encounters or designing new items/abilities.

An elegant app. I do think the numbers rolled in the dice should be more obvious- as it is now, the rolls are the same grayed out font (which is small) as the other text generated, so it would be a lot more useful if my eye could see the rolls more immediately. I would also like to be able to hit the "Roll" button to roll the same set of dice I had previously selected again, instead of having to type it in each time. Nice work otherwise :)

Quite useful, but would love to see the following options: 1) the ability to reroll certain dice results (eg reroll all 1s) 2) 'exploding' dice (eg roll another d6 for every roll of a 6) 3) the inclusion of Fudge dice (2 sides marked with a plus and 2 with a minus) 4) Averaging dice (marked 2,3,3,4,4,5) I realise that sounds like a lot, but would make a good app even better!

I just installed this and haven't used it much yet. Already I see one important feature that's either missing or hard to find: roll again. That is, if I've just rolled something, there should be a quick and easy way to repeat it. Just hitting "Roll" again would be ideal. The overall rating might change as I give it more of a try out.

Very very nice little tool with everything I need for generating probability curves. The only thing I miss is a "between" (two values) option in the "Chance to roll..." section. Other than that, it's great!

It's a great tool that give a lot of information for quick rolls and average statistics. The only problem I have it's a lack of quick tutorial on all It functions, like the L and H button. But over all it's very usefull.

Great idea. It would be easier if you could just enter "d" instead of choosing from a few dice (also choosing any number of sides would be nice). I wish it had more features, as others have said, but it's still good.
