Been using this app for a few weeks now, I have binge eating disorder, this app reminds me when to eat & log my meals, I can set reminders to do breathing exercises or short guided meditations, I can plan out meals in advance. It's so useful to see how your eating patterns change, if there is a pattern of certain times of the day/ night, if its certain days, certain feelings or emotions. Theres so many useful tips & coping skills to help you on your recovery journey I would definitely recommend

This app has helped me connect my mood to how I eat and evaluate what I could do better next time through small goals. Change takes time and for me to recover, I need to rewire my brain and give myself grace during the process. That's exactly what this app helps me do! Progress not perfection. Collecting affirmations is my favorite part and keeps me motivated. 🩷

Best food tracking app I've found so far as I don't have to measure and it doesn't track calories. I'd like to be able to add decimals to the numerous of sleep hours and be able to see where I've eaten without having to click in to it. I'd also like to be able to add more emotions, or maybe have the option to describe them in more detail - perhaps a drop down box that opens if you select the emotion.

I'm not precisely in recovery for an eating disorder, but I also know that tracking food is very fraught for me, and the care that this app takes to be gentle and supportive with every piece of information that I track is astounding. I feel very supported in my main goal (track food and mood together to see how they affect each other) and in a secondary goal that I wasn't looking for (track sleep and mood together) and frankly, in a couple of other places. Rarely have I seen an app be this kind.

This app has everything you'd need (as someone who uses it, I'm shocked!). It helps a lot with tracking behaviours and tought patterns, as well as eating the right amount daily. You log your meals and have special rubrics for what you ate, how you felt ( which feelings, intensity of the feeling), the toughts you had (before & after). It's also very useful in keeping track of and supervising certain behaviours, and it has options for everyone. You can also view charts of your progress over time

I like that this app takes into account your feelings and not just what you ate. The reminder to log meals and snacks was super helpful for my eating disorder so I wasnt concerned with bingeing or restricting since I get to eat every 90 to 120 minutes. Less than a week in with this all, I already see significant improvements with my eating and food obsession. I also look forward to the daily quotes at the end. Super impressed with the efficacy of this app because I was extremely skeptical and begrudging going in.

Up until this past week, I was able to attach the photo to a specific meal log. Now when I choose a photo, a small pop up comes up that says "uploaded" but doesn't show up in the meal log I created and is posted separately and labeled "breakfast" for all meals posted. I changed my photo settings in the app to only keep the last 1000 photos within the app. I have the most updated version of the app that was supposed to have the bug fix for this photo issue. Any ideas what may be going on?

Trigger warnings for this app. While it looks well organized and does seem to have a lot of helpful navigation and features, there is also a scoring system that 'grades' you on certain thoughts, habits, etc. Everyone is different, and for many people I am sure this can be helpful; but for others I feel like it can perpetuate a lot of self-shame and negativity to be 'scored,' or possibly create self-competitive behavior as well. Use with discretion.
