** The #1 rated FODMAP and IBS app for IPhone is now available for Android **

The fastest way to look up which foods are High, Low or Medium FODMAP foods. 8x faster than the Monash University app*.

The best way to learn and remember which foods have High, Low or Medium FODMAPs. Using modern space repetition learning games to train your brain is fun and effective.

The lookup function focuses on just SPEED and ACCURACY. The two things that matter most when you are trying to follow a low FODMAP lifestyle. As soon as the app launches you can start typing and see the results as you type (an idiom called incremental searching). Looking up a food item should not be a pain, it should be FAST and EFFORTLESS.

We have found that decreasing effort and friction to lookup foods leads to more lookups per user and greater knowledge and more FODMAP friendly dietary choices.

* Our studies have shown that Fast FODMAP Lookup has, on average, an 8 fold reduction in elapsed time to locate a food's overall FODMAP level.

Other benefits over the Monash App:
- It works offline (Search)
- Faster and more intuitive diary
- Powerful weekly meal planner
- Link with your dietitian for personalized feedback
- It is gratis for you

This is a very nice app. It is very well designed. All the fod map foods are available even if you're offline or in a bad area with no service. The diary feature is very well done. I enjoy the simplicity and the thought put into this app. As a developer, you appreciate that this isn't always so easy. I've used other apps for tracking, calories etc and they are not as well done as this one.

More of a diet reminder app; lacking for diet beginners. "Faster" than the Monash app meaning much less detail and guidance. I Had to cross-check some foods with Google, because of food contradictions. There are very few specifics. Also, it doesn't give you any brands or where to find them, so you have to look up ingredients one by one, which takes so much longer when you're looking for food.

Really good app. I love the multi- diary. You track Food intake, sleep, stool constancy, emotions, stomach/gi condition, pain, excersize. Sure the list isn't able to do some foods, but it still good enough for basic food information. I love they're resource page and multi day encouragement. And it's all free. I used to use Weight Watchers and paid a hefty sum for it. It might be more extensive , but lacks the needs for IBS sufferers. I love that the app is free for almost everything.

So far, so good! Had the app for a few days and I really like using it. It makes looking up ingredients much easier, though the list could be expanded to include more items and be more comprehensive in general, for me it does a good job. The most useful part of the app for me is the diary, it makes tracking my symptoms less of a hassle, I would like if I was able to go back and edit entries rather than having to rewrite them if I forget something.

Good list, if the app contained a feedback system then the users could suggest an unlisted item, start with the majority. However, I feel like alternative measures is fair, cups and grams, or definitive serving sizes that are easy to understand for more people. Because of this. I cannot use the app. Otherwise, great.

I like the diary for logging the meals + including photos of the meals, and for monitoring bowel moments, plus symptoms, it would be nice if we could upload pictures for symptoms, i.e. to track a skin rash or something. Like the fact it's got a basic medication reminder on there which is great, it would be good if we could export all the data into excel or something for further analysis, Love the fact that we can invite our Clinician, mine has tired to sign up however it's saying we are different compliance regions even though we are in the same Europe region, so awaiting support on this. Food flash cards is a great idea along within being able to look up foods. Meditation in the app is a bit buggy, it started playing and I couldn't turn it off had to reset my phone to stop it!, overall loving this app.

Thank you for making a free app to track FODMAP. I've recently been struggling with IBS (ah the curse of aging). This app has really helped me avoid foods that are difficult to digest (high FODMAP). Useful tool to look up high and low foods....really great for the elimination phase of the diet. My favorite feature is the "diary" section; you can track what you eat throughout the day and how those foods make you feel. Since using this app I have had far less gas and less stomach cramps.

I like this app for being able to track my meals and the way I feel after eating them. It really helps to know what some of my trigger foods might be. I would recommend being able to add each food eaten during a meal individually rather than as a full meal on one line. That way I could individually to ally add or subtract an item from a meal. Thanks for a helpful app
