I've been using various IOT devices like an air purifier, switches, lights, google homes, etc, and this app fits right in. Works well, connects seamlessly, I've been able to switch it on and off remotely. It gives me a sound alert on my phone when the water is hot. So all good stuff and im very happy with the WiFi aspect of this geyser. Good job Racold. If I could control this device with Google Home I would give it 6 stars! A stable WiFi and good router range is imp for this app to work peoper.

Update: Working now, after few reinstallation of d app. Appears validation from backend is done, That's why app suddenly started working. Other issues: 1. Poor colour usage, like power button should become green when Geyser is turned on 2. App not intuitive 4 changing the modes, better to have turn on / off, on each page. 3. Thr is no OFF option in d schedular, how to use it for 1hr in morning & evening? __________ Old: App keeps crashing. Not able to use. Very poor. Not working on any mobile.

Bought a racold geyser. Usimg the app has been a nightmare till now. Once you login and connect and then you end up getting a message product registration not successful and please verify the data . Once the message comes and then if you go back the product doest get detected and jyst keeps searching.i then have to switch of the product to start again. This is far from being seamless

Racold Gyser and its integration with application is super but application has lot is scope for improvement. It is allowing to schedule bath for 2 person. Need more flexibility to schedule such as one time, start now with timer to stop, more than 2 schedule per scenarios, switching schedule from one scenario to another. It is endless possibility to make Customer life easy and proving more flexibility.

First thanks to Racold teams bcoz first 4 months not working present My Racold App is now working Properly Superb App, after Water heating getting notification for my mobile.... Pros : Stylish Look, Titanium tank coating, Titanium heating element, Echo option given for power consumption. Cons : It's working only WiFi not mobile Data and Remote not Provided... Final Word "Stylish Water Heater"

It's the most stupid software. You can set the desired temperature only twice a day. So at one time you can set the temperature and after the desired temperature, geyser will switch off. Now if my son goes for shower, I can't take a shower because he uses all hot water. So the app should have time based geyser on/off eg. I can switch the geyser on for 2hrs and then switch off. God help racold and their engineers who are advising them.

This application is full of bugs , thus making smart gyser , completely not smart at all. The auto scheduling mode is completely useless , suppose you want hot water once morning , but this product will retain to make specific temperature throughout the day. It does not switch off.
