So many problems lately. The bugs and glitches have been non-stop since Touchtown became Uniguest. There have been times when the app (and website) have been completely unusable for large chunks of time, which is not what you want in a retirement community where many elderly people are already not tech savvy.

Touchtown is an excellent idea badly implemented. Providing a communications forum for communities is great. Touchtown isn't. It seems to be designed and built primarily for Apple devices. Doesn't work well on Android or Windows. In addition, its interface is poorly designed and inconsistently implemented. In short, it feels like alpha software. Better than nothing in my community, but that's not saying much.

One of the worst apps I have ever seen. Cannot sign in although I put in the correct user name and password assigned to me, the display of important information is very bad, and getting help is difficult and we've had to have multiple classes here to try to teach our residents how to use this. JUST AWFUL!!

The idea behind this app is good but the functionality is terrible. The more info they try to include the worse the functionality of this app. It is very awkward to use and very frustrating for seniors - the very people they planned it for. Use only if you have to.

After the most recent update, I can not log in to order meals, schedule dinners on the calendar, or review what's scheduled. I use an android smartphone on Chrome. Others using MS windows were ok. I found I could log in if I went MS Edge and logged in. You broke the ability to use the app on Chrome.
