I've been looking for an alternative to another service in an attempt to better support artists and Napster was highly recommended. The sound quality is noticeably better than some other services, but the interface is so buggy and lacking in intuitive structure that I'm going to have to continue my search - particularly because I use music as part of my work and need to be able to find new songs and playlists quickly. The suggested music is much less biased, so that's enjoyable at least

User for over 10years and the app is just not working right anymore. Did uninstall it several times, but it keep on doing the same error, skips songs that I had download, stops playing and closes the app, keep getting errors, keep getting messages the app is not working right, and I'm paying a lot of money a month for the app not to work ever right?? Something I can not even hear two songs and the app will closed 😤

Splitscreen is missing. You shlould really consider implementing that feature. Especially in a car you want to have it beside navigation app without having to switch between the apps always. Edit: wooow still not possible and it's been almoat 2 years now. really considering to cancel my subscription and never use it again. i mean 99.9% of my installed apps can do splitscreen

Not so bad, but much room for improvement. Scrolling through favourite tracks/artists/playlists etc. is a pain. The listing is alphabetical, no option to search, reverse it or sort for date added, number of plays or others. And if you want to scroll through, the app always takes time to reload the next part of the list. So if you want to scroll from A to Z you need a lot of time. Also Napster doesn't work with my Frontier Silicon device and Undok anymore and nobody seems to care.

I've been a Napster user for over 10yrs, maybe 15....actually I originally used the 1990s version, but shhh. I've been moved to review due to recent changes that really annoy me: a) the option to view the queue you are listening to has disappeared....this is hugely frustrating and b) tracks very frequently do not play and the app skips to the next track, which sometimes plays sometimes doesn't. The only stability I see is from downloaded tracks

i love napster a lot but lately i'm experiencing a lot of issues. the app keeps lagging while scrolling and is therefore barely usable (but only when connected to the internet. offline mode works fine as always.), as well as continuously having the "something went wrong" error on the front page despite my internet working perfectly fine. happens on wifi as well as data. i hope those issues won't last and the app runs smoothly again soon.

Absolutly nothing bad to say...NOTHING!! Perfect!..UPDATE**》》 hopefully something can be done about this* i had this app rated at 5* but this past week has been very disapointing...i have quite the extensive library of songs built up over the course of meny years with this app and now all of a sudden half of my most used playlists are now " no longer available for streaming" !! Wich i dont understand cause i download ALL my song to play them offline!?
