If you asked yourself, "what if a company that makes printers also made an office booking app for Android?" the experience with this app is exactly what you'd expect. Buggy, slow, confusing. No error messages, just constant crashes. Availability of seats changes in the UI but not the server. It's one of the worst apps I've ever used and my company no longer uses the reporting functions of this service since the client is so unreliable. 0/10, wish I could uninstall and never look back.

Typical example of an app where the dev was asked to do waaaay too much aside from making a efficient desk booking app. I wouldn't be surprised if there is a planned feature for adding a AI chatbot to help you in each and every way except for booking an actual desk and get the floorplan correctly and timely displaying.

It's the worst application ever . The webpage version is even worse. Do not use this service if you can avoid it. Sadly my company decided to use it and it is constantly broken. Nothing loads , full of bugs, don't even think about using their service in Firefox it it will be even more broken. Often, it takes 10 minutes to book a table (after 10 tries)... absolute trash.

Rediculously slow APIs which result in the app taking forever to load data or complete any action. Utterly useless.

Why the constant nagging for location access? Every single time I open the app, I have to click "No, thanks" 16 (!!) times to be able to use the app. -edit- In the latest version, this has been fixed. App is usable now, and works just fine

The app is endlessly buggy. The calendar feature displays the the wrong selected day unless you have today selected. Now even booking via the week function doesn't work.

Very slow, most of the time not working. Just loading and loading but nothing's happen. I cannot even update the app! This app is a trash!

I was trying to check in my booked seat by scanning a qr code but it read it as if I was booking the seat, thus i cant checkin. Also sometimes the dates of my booking is messed up on the app but working fine on the web. Pls fix
