Low availability of service. There is always an issue with the servers. Systems downtime is guaranteed everyday. I can't track my cars real-time. You also need to improve features. Check other providers and benchmark. Copy paste any good ideas from them.

It is far much behind compared to other tracking app,how do you update vehicle location after 1+ minute, it should be instance,both vehicle location and car speed etc. NO NEED TO KEEP ON REFRESHING THE APP!! Do a benchmarking from CTrack or uber App

Most unreliable app for tracking . Always not able to connect to the server, 10+ mins location whereabout the vehicle. Problems endless

Very retrogressive application and service as compared to other service providers. Customer care is also terrible in solving basic issues like updating notifications. No value for money here.

It's such a poor app.cant track real time. Updates after an hour or 10 +minutes.

Control room unreachable each time one is in need of them. Assigned managers don't even care about after service sale after you have paid for their services.
