Had to uninstall to get the new update to work. More often than not, when I have to watch a video to get 3 more moves, and it freezes, and I have to play the level again.... after I have to close out the game and reload it. It's not fun, and I still love this game. I've been playing for many, many years. Hope it gets fixed real soon. UPDATE: Fantastic support techs! Great job everyone!

Update: This game used to be fantastic, however, over the past few months it's gotten messed up, and only pay when really bored. Example, sign in everyday for daily rewards, but when you get to day 7, it restarts to day 1. When you receive rewards for the Bingo game, it's 'blank' and says 'claim' (claim what? Nothing). If I win gems, they're not added... I can keep going. I've emailed support with no response, so am providing this here.

Love this game but have had problems for several months with it suddenly not responding or freezing in the middle of games. I reboot my phone regularly, the WiFi signal is strong, and I only have my mail and text apps open when this happens so it doesn't seem like the problem is on my end. I've reported it a few times but the latest response back was "check your WiFi when this happens." Hmmm...

I've played this game for over 4 years now and it's been nice until recently when more often than not the game completely freezes and I have to close the app and then open it again. It's frustrating and ridiculous because sometimes I don't even get to play the level before I have to close the app and reopen and other times I'm right in the middle and almost beat the level and I have to close the app also when pausing for any reason when I try to unpause to continue playing it freezes. Please fix

game has gotten more frustrating than fun. No matter how many levels in an event I win in succession, I NEVER get credit for more than a 3 level winning streak. Also, you can "hit" the pigs and they still won't disappear many times. Usually when I REALLY need them to. The "digs" in events are also anything but random. i never get away without having to complete all or all but 1 or 2 levels in the "dig". So INCREDIBLY frustrating

The game itself is a lot of fun. The sensitivity of touch seems a bit much, as it moves pieces one way sometimes when I very clearly wanted to do something else. But I can get passed that. This latest update on 12/17/18 has turned the game into a bit of an eyesore. The contrast between the way the birds are drawn and the way the game pieces are drawn is too huge a difference for me to enjoy it as much. It takes me out of the game. That, and I kind of just think the pieces look awful now. The boxes are fine, it's just the game pieces themselves look like someone was trying hard to make them look awesome and professional and they missed the mark a bit but still put them in the game. The way they looked before was fine, so why change that? It is a big enough detail for it to lower my rating of the game, as silly as it may seem. Sorry.

Used to be fun to play but now it crashes and stops right in the middle of a game. Thinking of uninstalling it. Quite disappointing since it was always one of my favorites. Been cheated 3 times today due to freezing up waiting for the video of another game to end to get 3 extra moves. All 3 times, I just needed 1 more move to win. Very frustrating!! Done with it!!!! Tired of being cheated because it freezes up ALL THE TIME!!! Uninstalling now!!!

It's really cute. But. The ADS are irritating, AND I'm suspicious that they are installing spyware when you play them. My phone flatlined after I installed and played for a day. Had to do a factory reset, hours from my time I could've been having fun. So after all the trouble my phone seemed fine. I installed the game, now it's not acting right again, have to reformat the memory card and factory reset my phone AGAIN. Don't play the ADS, ever! & It's too hard!! & the update was @ 60MB 😱
