I'm traveling a lot now so need to track my data usage, this app does the trick. I created a widget and configured it to show just data used, so just by unlocking my phone I can see where I'm at in the month. Perfect! Then with a single tap I can open it up and see two arcs indicating progress through the month and progress through my data allotment. Perfect! I wouldn't mind seeing a similar two bar indicator on the widget.

requires too much persimissions and allows no customization without allowing to make phone calls (!!) UPD: > What kind of customization do you miss? Thanks for the answer. I meant here the fact that If you install the widget, it won't let you pass through the installation wizard ("I need your permission"), which requires to set permissions for the phone state, to eventually get to the widget customization screen. My suggestion is to make the read phone state permission optional for the use case when a user wants to monitor mobile internet usage only. I actually set the second permission option, changed the style, and unset it in the android settings later, which confirms that there is no need to make the permission mandatory.

I am updating my review here. Before I said I loved it with no problems and I thought about going with the pro version. I had an issue and I contacted support and support responded back to me the next day and solved the problem immediately. Very inclined to help, this app is simple biut with plenty of features at the same time and it just works! By far the best data counter I've ever used and I just bought the pro! Love the app and look forward to anything else you put out!

This was a great, simple, free app to monitor your data usage. But now charges for using it. Was still free on my old phone. Reinstalled on my new phone and it's now a subscription service. I'd gladly pay $5 one time, each and everytime I install this in a new device, but no way am I paying a monthly subscription for info I can get from my service provider for free.

Originally I gave the app 5 stars. The new data plan doesn't work at all. The numbers do not jive with the actual usage numbers shown on a different page. It's just an annoying feature that doesn't work. Otherwise it works well with Android 13. The best feature is the widget which updates accurately in real time.

In 2024 this app is still unmatched! There's not any other product that I've found at this price point that is nearly as elegant and informational as this one is. I will continue to pay for this one as long as it keeps this level of polish and operation.

Good app, but with bugs. First of all, the date usage is often reported incorrectly, or more precisely, it is reported with quite a bit of delay. The two notifications (widget in status bar and network usage notification) report completely different values, and both of these are also different from what the app shows when launched. This is very bad programming as different pages within the app compute data usage differently. Please rectify these and report data usage correctly and reliably.

Big problem with notifications. When activated, the App continues to send notifications every 5 seconds, very fastidious if sound and popup are enabled. Bug to check. Moreover, in the notification settings there are 2 identical "Network usage notifications" in the options list. Why? I expect that notification should follows only the Alert set
