I use to love this game when I was younger it was the best, there were so many things to do, places to go and people to meet. It was an incredible community where people could build and roleplay so many things. I decided to revisit the game recently and found it barely even functions now, It's slow and disconnects, most the people on there are bots and most of the places are empty except for the shops because the few people on there are just buying stuff. It's not fun anymore and it's really sad

I'm disappointed in the support system. I've been a loyal player for about 11 years, and it seems that no matter how much u contact support, there is no help. I couldn't play for a few months now because of an issue on your end. I have done nothing different to my wifi besides updating the model, and it has worked before this issue where it is telling me network error. I've tried reaching out on Twitter as well, and to no surprise, no result, please fix your game. You're losing loyal players.

I wish I could give this five stars. I started playing over 9 years ago and it seems like the servers are far worse off now than they ever were back then. I'm dissapointed. I was hoping for an optimized version of one of my all time favorite mobile games. I instead was met with a new login system that seems to cause glitches. And on top of that if I can get into the game I'm disconnected within a few moments. No other apps or anything even buffer. Please ubisoft fix these issues.

Once again, my review only worsens for this game. It's completely unplayable with the new interface now. I know it isn't my wifi since I've also used my data as well and to no avail. Every time I try to log onto the game, I'm met with a long buffering scene that doesn't bring up the interaction menu. It continuously says bad gateway error.

Don't waste your time on this game. Ever since this new summer update, I haven't been able to log in to my account. It keeps saying, "Connected timed out." Even when I turn wifi off and use data, it lets me get past that connection timed out part and let's me login just to say "error try again in 30 seconds" what a waste of 5 years and money spent into this game

Way too slow. I have been acquainted with Mr. Robinson & RTsoft for a very long time. I used to play teenage lawnmower game, dungeon scroll, big and long time fan of Tanked. When growtopia first came out, it was and still is a sensation to majority. However. I have never played any game or app that gets timed out, disconnected, glitched and updated as many times as growtopia. I am getting close to the point of giving up and quitting. Just trying to log on is such a task. Please fix this.

Growtopia is a relic of a bygone era. The game was SUPER fun and engaging back when the original devs controlled it- Ubisoft introduced heinous levels of microtransactions, dozens of non-F2P packs, and as a result of said packs, a huge increase in players generally being unsportsmanlike. Support and game moderation tanked too, as did the events- the game is really little more than a shell of it's former self, and it's heartbreaking for what was truly an amazing experience beforehand.

What happened to this game? It used to be so much fun, but then the new login system arrived! It's a disaster. I've been trying to log into the game for months on my phone, but it keeps giving me the same error. I tried using a PC, but it's even worse there it requires my personal number. When I joined the Discord server, I couldn't even say anything without having to provide my number.
