After update, app freezes on start up. I don't know how to fix. I even tried a reinstall. Thanks, as my app won't can't send a support ticket thru the app but I will send you a detailed description of issue thru the email address.... 01/22/24 I entered a support ticket last week. No response yet. Even tried to reinstall a third time but it is still stuck on start up as before. I also found your ruby seven video poker app and it installed okay and works. I wish multistrk app worked too.

Game constantly freezes, takes your points! No time clock is displayed to collect coins, it's very seldom that you can collect coins every 2 hrs. It's more like every 2 1/2 hrs. No videos to get extra coins, if you get a chance to watch one, no coins are given after video. Last update messed this all up.

If you enjoy losing you'll love this game. It's so obvious that it's only purpose is to encourage/force you to pay actual cash to buy virtual cash to continue to play the game. Any virtual money it gives you gets lost within however many losing hands are needed to get you to $0. And the stupid purse that pops up when you get to a balance that is 3 x your current bet is one of the most annoying things I've ever experienced. It's a good version but the constant losses just make it boring to play.

They took away video poker, no wins, what little bit they allow you to win, they take it all right back, all of my friends have just about quit the game, it used to be unlimited, collecting coins, now you're only allowed 300,000 and then you have exceeded the daily limit. What bothers me is you put out the 3x sale every Wednesday or Thursday, all the way through Sunday to spend money and when you buy a package, the coins are gone in less than 5 minutes. WORST GAME ON FACEBOOK AND THIS APP!!!

still the best multi poker game out there. fun but challenging it keeps you playing. Great game thank you. updated to a new phone 5/19/2022 I was sitting at over 120 level and a million in points. installed my multiplay app and it took all my points and made me start over from level 1. I played for over 4 years to get where I was and it sucks to loose all that.
