• Templates for HIIT, Tabata and circuit training. A custom template to create every interval. And the compound editor where you can combine many interval timers into one.
• Speaks your interval names so that you can follow a workout without seeing the screen at all. Seconds can even provide prior warning of the upcoming interval. Other alerts including beeps and bells are available.
• Coordinate your music with your Tabata workout. Each interval can have its own music assigned allowing you to match the intensity of your music to the intensity of your HIIT workout.

Suddenly, I am unable to play the songs that I have attached to the timer. The music file name is shown, but when the timer starts, there is no music. I also cannot find the list of songs and albuns. It seems that this app has been de-linked from the music files. Why? Please help.

I thought this would be useful but once I paid to upgrade, I noticed I couldn't copy any of my existing timers to create similar ones, couldn't save any sample ones (or copy) to the main screen and all in all was disappointing. You have to create one all over again which can be a lot of work. Seconds pro isn't worth the upgrade.

It took a while to figure out how to configure the timers, but once you do, it's fairly straightforward. It promises exactly what I was looking for in an interval timer training app. My big bug bear however is that the timer loses time, resulting in the timed segment running longer than expected. I've tried locking it, locking my homescreen, etc. The audio prompts are also hit erratic. It offers everything that I want in an interval timer, but just doesn't reliably deliver what is advertised.

A bit buggy when importing a shared timer more than once. It appears that a second copy is made in the UI, but deleting just 1 of the imported timers deletes all of them. Secondly, the UI isn't intuitive. Like, having to go to thr Organize menu to copy or delete is wrong. Being able to long press on a timer should do an action, IMO.

This is a great interval timer, however there are 2 areas that need to be improved for a 5 star review. First... There's a small delay between intervals. Not a big deal if you've got a low number of intervals, but if you have a 100 in an hour, the session will no longer be an hour, it'll be 1-2 mins longer. Second... A CSV import function would help, as I create sessions in excel (to ensure performance targets), with over 100 calls. But it's good! and the best I've tried (and I've tried a lot)

Is a very nice app with a lot of features.I realy love the way that I can change songs on each exercise, is really helpful while doing yoga or any other aerobic exercises. There is plenty of room for improvement , like for example find a beter way to add the time, i prefer a ui. Also it will be nice if I could add a picture or a small video on each exercise before it starts (10sec) to show a preview of how we will do the exercise. Thanks !

The premium version is worth the upgrade. A lot of flexibility with the timers you can create. The biggest issue is that the interface is not that intuitive, and certain things should be more obvious to perform. However, play around with the timers and you'll see that this timer is quite capable.

To be honest, I was a little confused going into app. The limited access of free version made it harder to understand since you couldn't really play around with different features of the app. But after I got over the learning curve (and brought the full version), this app became really useful for doing HIIT workouts.
