I tried to send an email to the support email and it bounced back to me. I opened the app today and it won't load. All that it shows is the loading pages. I'm not even sure if my data correctly backed up and saved. I tried restarting my phone and uninstalling and reinstalling. It still won't work. It should work because I just used the app a couple weeks ago.

Awesome app, makes it easy to makes notes, offers suggested information on yes/no questions. Tracks weight, lab result and more!! Big Con is the app MUST be full screen to see all the buttons. If you type anything, the app is removed from full screen, so you have to reselect the app from your open apps. Huge hassle!

Had good days and bad days with the app. Today is a bad day, open the app, white screen and spinny wheel and no further. Had this when I upgraded my phone last but it started working again after a few months of using another app for humans. My dog's just had a seizure and I have no idea how long it's been since the last. I think from now on I must dual record in case this app isn't working.

Useful fields but needs some improvement. Some are redundant. Some are unclear what info you should include. Can only select one drug from drop-down. We give multiple meds. Date is off by a day of the week. Keyboard covers the field you type in. But the ability to quickly record seizures for free is worth it. Voice typing helps but isn't perfect.

EDIT: The app is an excellent way to record details of seizures. That you can add information about prior, during and after seizure is helpful. And can export data to send to vet. My initial review was one-star due to lack of support from app developers, when got a new phone and couldn't remember password. No response for a long time (couple of weeks!). Luckily my old phone was still working so app worked on that.

Truthfully, I can tell this app is exactly what I need, but the dimensions for the app don't suit my Android phone. If I carefully tap around the edges, I can get to additional menus (and the elusive "new" button, I assume), but I don't have the time for that level of guesswork. I'd be happy to change my review if a properly formatted version becomes available, but it is currently unusable for some screens - mine included.

App has everything that is needed to track seizures for our husky. BUT - it is difficult to enter notes as the keyboard covers the area you are typing. It would also be nice to be able to have more than 1 person logged in. Finally, make sure to export your logs at least monthly so, if something happens, you don't lose the data.

This app has been essential in logging and tracking the seizures of our young Border Collie. The amount of features is great, especially the ability to export the seizure logs as pdf's. We can send reports to our vet with all sorts of information. Our only complain is in the amount of space to write notes in the seizure log. It seems you can type in a large amount of information, but it only will export the first 250 characters or so. If that could be fixed I'd give 5 stars
