I've been using this for a couple of weeks with my underfloor heating. The in room thermostats are lovely - pleasing to hold and use. The app is functional. It's a bit slow, a bit clunky, not the most user friendly. For example finding the widgets that control multiple zones is difficult. Overall it needs a redesign tho make it more user friendly. But it does work. It's good that each zone changes colour when not calling for heat.

Good app on the whole. Works best on a PC. Offers a lot of scope to tailor my system. Fiddley way to update schedules on a phone. One stop buttons - isn't clear whether they are engaged or not, but a useful feature. History of relays being switched on is really useful, but it would help if I could slice and dice the usage across all relays in the system rather than having to dive into each relay individually to see the usage history. Last niggle - needs a refresh button on the app display.

It's not user friendly when you have to tap to flip the desktop button, then tap again to turn on the switch. Please remove this additional step and make possible to tap the switch on/off without fliping the entire button, e.g by making switch graphic tapable within button frame. Thank you :)

The app is mostly OK, they also have a skill for Amazon Alexa which is a great thing. Hopefully Google home will also be available as soon as possible. The main problems with the app are some design flaws that make users click more times for basic tasks like exiting the app or return to previous screen. Hopefully they will improve

For thermostats, The app provides basic functionality, without any data logging. It would be useful to know how temperatures fluctuated over a specific period, mostly in cases when automatic scheduling is used. This way one would know if temperatures set for certain hours, were actually achieved and adjust accordingly.

Woeful UI. You can just about set a temperature and somewhat schedule it. But beyond that, forget it. The "OneTouch" "feature" is especially egregious because it's somewhat of a selling point of the system. If you're looking for a way to set up and manage your heating system like you want it, look somewhere else.

There are some issues with uncontrollable devices and the rules when using this devices(e.g RX10 with smart plug). Update: connection does not work properly after latest update! the rx10 remains connected until I execute a search process for it! After 1 year they didn't fix the issue, I might be forced to move to another supplier.

It's an absolute disaster. Slow, ugly and unintuitive user interface, extremely limited configuration possibilities, doesn't work at all from time to time and, worst of all, the latest firmware update ruined my radiator valves... If the delta temperature is low, the valves don't open enough to open the heat circuit, so the radiators are cold... And now, firmware updates no longer work, because the new update schedule "feature" doesn't work!!! Do not buy Salus equipment! You will be very sorry!
