Labs feature is present for the normal wear app, but not for the FE. This feature is shown in the images but is not part of this apps features. The Labs allows one additional control that used to be present with the other buds, edge tap volume control. That was an awesome feature and it stinks to have new earbuds that don't have it. There's a similar issue with ambient sound volume (you could change the volume of ambient sound in older models)

Automatically pairs to Galaxy phones without asking, and regardless of if you paired them or not. It's such a pain to deal with, takes me 30 minutes just to try to unpair them and get them paired with my OPPO phone. Earbuds themselves are good

Forces you to update and won't let you turn off ambient mode until you update. Not compliant with loud environment usage unless you're connected to the internet at all times. Be mindful what mode it's in when you finish using it because you may not be able to change the mode until you get internet connection.

The application requests mandatory access to a lot of services including calendar, if not allowing all access, the app will not start. I don't need to use the buds to place calls, just want to listen to music, that's all. Is there a 3rd party app that I can use ?

It's good, but doesn't involve any of the features that come with Samsung galaxy Phones apparently. Such as voice translation and location settings of the earbud charging case...

Forcing me to update to access to setting. No iOS app. You guys try to copy apple only to decrease your sales. Toy should respect open android . I was considering buds pro 3 but with your forced eco system without eny bennefit going to sony. Also your local service in the czechia is pretty bad. Sent broken galaxy buds fe. They sent it back, changed a pair without ear tips that I sent with. Trefused to send new ear tips so now I have a fixed buds fe without original ear tips. Any device?

Is there really no way to adjust the volume using the touchpad?!? What an oversight! All prior models have the "Labs" option so one can double tap the touchpad edge on either side to increase/decrease the volume, respectively. Please allow this and fix this glaring omission! Thank you. Btw I don't want to sacrifice my "double tap to skip" functionality.

App settings are not at the full potential yet. 1) "One tap, Double tap, Triple tap" needs to be ALL individually modifiable. 2) No " End of Call" sound feedback? A must have feature!
