Used this app for years and loved it. I am now so annoyed I'm dumping it. I can't get emails in the app that are older than about 30 days. I have to go to my desktop computer. Extremely inconvenient when I'm trying to find something like an airplane reservation or a ticket that I purchased. Makes absolutely no sense why they would make this change. You have the option to "search older email" but that takes a long time and it doesn't always work.

This app is actually quite bad. Sometimes, the emails don't sync for 24 hours. And then, even worse, the search option for trawling through old emails is TERRIBLE!!! You're hardly ever able to see any emails older than 6 months old. You can't use this app without using the web version of your email along with it. It's actually really, really bad, and I'm actually going to uninstall it for the 3rd time, but this time, I'm done. I really did try and give this app a good go for 3 YEARS!!! I'm done.

Samsung email almost never manual syncs, and so you can't get your email. It syncs whenever it wants to and won't sync no matter what when you need it to. It's getting really old as this problem has been going off and on for years. Everytime you have to uninstall and log back into to every account and then customize every account again, and sometimes have to do all that over again the next time you need to receive an email. It's a serious issue as many other people have reported this issue.

Had to switch apps since it will no longer search for old emails. Extremely promising app that could never get out of its own way. Constantly crashes after working for years. Tried uninstalling updates and clearing cache. Still crashes every few seconds. Can't uninstall and it won't let me force stop or access email. Won't let me clear data. Extremely frustrating

Not syncing, yet again!!! This is getting a utter joke now! Been using the app for years with problems, this year alone this is the 3rd/4th time I am experiencing the same problems. They don't rush to fix the problems it took nearly 4 weeks to solve and I was still unable to retrieve my emails I would gotten in that time. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!!!!!

Like the old saying goes, "fix it till it's broke." The latest version is garbage. Samsung email app is now continuously and unilaterally deleting my emails after a few days. Once samsung has deleted very important emails, they are not recoverable from any device. No where in settings to fix the issue. I will begin the search for an alternative.

I've used this app for many many years and it was great. I recently had to change my email address and for a while I was checking both old and new on this app. After switching to only the new email, the app began deleting emails that I'd read but wish to keep. Seems to happen when it syncs with my computer, but it's all very random. Tried to look up a fix and was not impressed with comments by others and the subsequent advice/success they had in remedying the problem. I now use outlook app

For the last 15 years I am fond of Samsung mobiles and the apps. This is the first time where the app is not working properly. The app does not synchronize with the outlook in my pc, thus it doesn't show the folders I have created kn pc. All messages in my mob are received to inbox. It goes without saying that anything that is sent from pc or vice versa does not shown to the other device. Frustrating and disappointing!
