My second letter has said sent for 4 days, was supposed to be an overnight. I even paid extra for extra pictures and it isn't showing delivered. So the next day thing isn't guaranteed. Tried to reach costumer service and can't, I get the constant loading circle to send a message or ask a question. Don't recommend spending the extra money to send a letter when you could just use regular mail for much cheaper and actually get it there!

Having issues on my Pixel 6 pro. After entering the recruits name and rank. The continue button is off screen and can not get to the next page to enter the address. Same thing when I try to update my profile, the continue button is off screen and won't let me scroll down to access it. Please fix! Will give 5 stars if fixed.

The app is terrible at saving your drafts. I've already lost 3 drafts because it didn't save after saying it did. Beware. It also likes to annoy you with notifications. 2 stars for convenience and getting my Marine his letter. -1 for annoyance, -2 for losing my drafts AFTER saying it was saved.

It's too expensive and it takes days, not a day or two but days for letters to be delivered. Don't be lazy. Write a letter put it in stamped envelope and mail it. It will get there faster and your loved one will appreciate seeing real handwriting. This is a joke! Whoever thought this one up should be ashamed of themselves. I am inundated with ads from this app 24/7 I finally silenced the notifications, but I still get ads wanting me to waste more money on this. Never so happy to uninstall an app

My boyfriend is away at bootcamp and Sandboxx has made it so efficient to send and receive letters! He received his letter 2 days after it was shipped, compared to standard mail which would take nearly a week to arrive. And the weekly updates give me peace of mind knowing I have a glimpse of what his experience is like. Really impressed with this app! :)

Next day delivery is a LIE. Lackland is listed as one of the bases they overnight to. Twice now I've sent letters before the cut-off for next day delivery. The first letter took 4 days to get delivered. The second letter I sent on Friday the 28th before 16:00. The cut-off for next day delivery was 16:30. Today is Sunday 30th and tracking shows the letter is sitting in Memphis since yesterday with expected delivery tomorrow 31st. Yeah, right! Save your money! USPS is faster!

My husband, my son, my soldier's girlfriend, and myself all signed up and sent letters. it says that they were delivered and my soldier did NOT receive any of them. This app is just a scam to get your money. Use the United States postal service!!!!! Oh, and it sends you "updates" on what your soldier is doing and they are completely wrong! Don't trust this app.

My had left on February 18th, 2025. Thanks to Sandboxx and the easy setup and link to share with our families all over the United States, we all are able to share our support and show our love while he is gone. The prices are very reasonable and we even get notifications when our letters have shipped and delivered. We are able to include photos with each letter that is sent and the tracking. It helps us with the time line of how many weeks he even has left till Graduation. Absolutely amazing.
