Maybe my age is showing, but THIS is how a workout tracker should be designed. No unnecessary bloat, simple interface, straight to the point, no forced sign-up. Other positives: ⭐ Pro is a single purchase ⭐ Native dark mode with good contrast ⭐ simple export feature. Highly recommended.

Great app. Especially for free. It keeps track of your lifting records and your previous sessions, so you'll know which workout you're doing next. It automatically adjusts your goal weight for your exercise, but you can readjust the goal weight whenever you feel like it. I haven't tried the premium, but I might consider it. Again, great app. Easy to use.

Love it. No subscription, great features. Keeps the tracking nice and simple and yeah, did I mention no monthly subscription. I put in all the weights I have on hand and it tells me exactly what to put on the bar for warm ups and main sets. You should be doing the 5x5 and this app makes it that much easier to knock out your workouts. Good luck, keep lifting!

The 5x5 itself is great, and I've noticed that there is an option for auto drop setting, which is pretty convenient. What really disappoints me is the assistance. I would love to make and track assistance days, but every time I have to load in workouts like it's the first day. And if I alter rep/set ranges it doesn't save those changes and I have to waste time looking back in my calendar. I would like to be able to make assistance days for my A and B days and have it save and track those as well

The "pro" is nailed down to extreme details. Worth it. It'll save a ton of time and useless calculations. Developer is super responsive. Must have.

Great representation of 5x5 program. I wish it had links to the exercise for form checks, and I wish the "Pro" version designation/purchase requests went away after you purchased the app. Had to go back to my wallet to make sure it went through. Also... Wish the timer didn't go off again after you were done with the workout. #notallowedtostop

This is by far the best app i have tried! It's easy to use, gives you the option to put in assistance lifts and track your progeress on those too and has a nice progess bar for all main lifts. But i would realy like it if we got more freedom to edit sets & reps. I understand this is a 5x5 app, but i would like the option to set my programed deadlifts to be 9x3, 3x3 etc.. Also i often forget to click "save" when im done, so an auto save option for your checked sets would be much appreciated!

I love this app. I recently switched to 5x5 Workout Logger from Stronglifts 5x5, which I had used for years. A recent update to Stronglifts forced me to search for an alternative workout logger that could sync with Google Fit and be customizable, as I really missed being able to do a true 5x5 with dead lifts, something you are prohibited from doing in Stronglifts. This app has everything I need from customizable timers, the ability to add custom exercises, dark mode and more. Pro version is best
