Great concept, just doesn't work. I can't use the app for anything other than receiving calls or chats from my coach, which is fine. I would like the option to see what the app does, but nothing works. I've un-installed and reinstalled a few times, nothing helps.

I was a practicing member for about 6 months (?), or so. I was really getting a good handle on my sugar levels using the Dexcon 6 CGM. But I was having trouble motivating myself to get out an exercise due to pandemic lockdown and having depression. Instead of coaching me through or helping me, I was removed from the program without warning. And when I opened a case with Support to find out why, I was ghosted completely by Level 2 and never got a response.

The level 2 program has been amazing in helping me on my diabetic journey. In the last week or so, the app will not open. I have cleared cache, cleared data, force stopped, uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted my phone. I get a pop up that states "there is a bug try updating after the developers create a fix for the bug"

The Level2 app constantly fails. Like ALL. THE. TIME. You have to frequently force the app to stop, restart your phone, and relaunch the app to make it work. The trend analysis is not as robust as the Dexcom app and you are not able to recalibrate the monitor through the Level 2 app (only with the Dexcom app). I wish I could delete the app and use the Dexcom app. As it stands, this app is not even able to meet the basic goal of continously providing glucose measurements.

In a previous version I was able to see my readings graph directly in the app. Got an email with instructions to make the switch and uninstall the Dexcom app. Now with the latest update, I am no longer able to see my readings. There was no email or any communication regarding the change. Are you going to fix it or do I need to reinstall the Dexcom app? I currently have no way to see my glucose readings unless I go back to finger sticks.

Great experience. Good (almost) real time feedback. I wish there was an option where i could enter data in regard to what was happening in certain graphs. Birthday cake at work Wednesday afternoon (associated with a blood sugar up spike) or caught in traffic for 3 hours without snacks(downward plunge.) I would also prefer to see my data longer in the line graphs. Once the data transitions to the bar graphs, trends are no longer visible. The bar graphs are of minimal value.

I just got off the phone with tech support because I had to get an updated phone. I was told to keep my old phone because dex and level 2 do not have compatibility with the Galaxy s22?!? I am -not- carrying around two phones and wasting my data for this. How about a timeline when this might be updated rather than "Well darn, we don't know!"

When I started using this I was so excited. I was learning so much and losing weight. Then I got a new phone and it isn't compatible. I got my new phone in May... still waiting for them to update so that my new phone (galaxy S22 plus) is compatible. Very frustrating. And no timeline as to when it might be compatible. 😞
