I like the design, but I have 3 negative things to say: Starting an app with One UI always has a tiny delay, compared to other launchers. And I wish, when you enable "Homescreen only", that the apps would be alphabetical. And then, One UI doesn't like it when I use custom DPI in developer options, Text would appear way too small and you're not able to change raster-size after a certain DPI. I'm using Nova Launcher, because these problems bother me too much.

The newest update is awful. Completely redesigned my phone, and not in a good way. I've managed to get rid of the ridiculous split notifications/ quick bar. I want my old clock face back, or at least the option to choose what it looks like, beyond now being uselessly small, or taking up half the screen. Keyboard has started to lag and stick, app search bar at the bottom is useless and can't be moved. Not happy at all.

The last UI 7 update was awful. I don't want any more updates. Additionally, dark mode was enabled at the worst possible moment and I couldn't find important text messages or emails. I was compromised in front of the client because of this. Why aren't security updates separate from visual updates? Not everyone is a teenager to enjoy a new icon. In the future, I will spend time and money to change the UI to an alternative interface.

The latest One UI update makes the phone less user-friendly. The search bar at the bottom is harder to use. The notification panel is split, which feels confusing. The app menu is messy and hard to organize. I miss the old horizontal scrolling app drawer; please bring it back! Overall, it feels more like iOS and less like Samsung’s traditional customizable layout. Please bring back the old features or give us more customization options!

Phone is awful since the One Ui7 update. It now takes ages charging despite using fast chargers; the phone loses near 100% charge per day (never happened before). Other issues: search bar appears bottom of screen; camera settings no longer top of screen; the photo, video etc options too low on camera screen as gets accidentally switched; the "Show in Folder" box can't be selected at bottom of Dropbox page; Samsung Email option not always appear when sending a Samsung Note; and wrong clock size.

Terrible beyond belief, did no one test the latest release. Has caused my phone to lock up, freeze, randomly restarting, then looping, serious failure and no way to go back to previous version just adds to the mess. I only use Samsung products, but this has been disastrous. When using navigation, shutting down when I'm driving, calls getting cut off, wanting to check where my son is. I've installed Nova to control apps so at least I can share this.

Latest update is frustrating and the inability to downgrade to the previous version makes me seriously consider disabling automatic updates. My battery life no longer lasts as long as it used to. It takes forever to navigate because everything has moved and has a new icon. I can't perform tasks on my phone as efficiently as I used to and there is literally no benefit derived from the changes. This is a change for the sake of change.

GARBAGE. The new update is pathetic. Took away several customization features/settings and added a horrendous, clunky, outdated, and dysfunctional "diy mode" when it used to be completely diy capable and a lot bloody better. The apps screen is a disaster and no longer has any customization ability. You intentionally muted our abilities to personalize our phones while forcing various anti-privacy settings. Incredible. Edit: don't worry, i changed launchers.
