The music quality, the app design, and layout are all very nice. The equalizer allows me to have more variety on different speakers. However, despite these features, I have run into some issues with my music being un-installed. I don't know if this is just the Samsung software or the app itself.

Been using this app for YEARS. Mostly a great app, with the minor annoyance of how it handles "shuffle" (UI for shuffle need massive improvement). It plays my locally stored music, but suddenly, 3 of my custom playlists are missing ALL their tracks, and one of my playlists is missing over half the tracks. Note: music is still on the phone, the playlists are just broken. I'm a young GenX'er, playlists are our mixtapes! YOU KILLED MY MIX TAPES, SAMSUNG!

The app is good, just similar to VLC media player. Doesn't crash, however I have a concern. Is it possible to add the insert next feature, that enables you to add a track next instead of having to add it at the end of the playing queue. Also enable us to be able to drag tracks within the playing queue to realign the queue, and lastly add an equaliser feature

Good default app! It has great quality of life features that other apps never have (track metadata editing, equalizer, genre/album sorting for stored songs.. even Spotify support!). However, Shuffle doesn't shuffle, it just randomly chooses a song from the queue when the current song is over, meaning using Shuffle you can't see what's coming up next and you can't curate your queue. If this was added I would have literally no complaints. (Also the volume bar is a little ugly)

I love using this apps to listen to music. However it used to be able to detect new playlist and add to the playlist but recently my playlist does not auto refresh which is quite irritating. I have to uninstall the app and reinstall so that I can get my playlist updated. The playlist is sync from isync from iTunes.

I just changed my phone to note 10 plus from note 9. However, due to some reason, the equaliser setting is only showing me the advanced mode. I am not able to get the basic mode where there was just the bass and instrument toggle. How can I get that back? And I hope that the edge lighting feature can make a come back. That was the main reason I loved this app

Before the update it was all fine but now its horribly annoying. 1. I had in my settings to skip long pauses between songs, since there was a long akward silence between songs. It worked perfectly until the new update, now whenever I play music on my track, it will skip songs. E.g. A song will finish than it will play the next song in my playlist for a second before it skips it entirely. Now I will have to choose to whether to choose to skip songs or have a long akward silence between songs. 2. The new UI is horrible since the fonts are too large. (This and my other comments on the update are generally small deals but are annoying nonetheless)

The old dark background and colours were near-perfect; absolutely hate the new white colour scheme. Should have at least allowed us to select between the old (dark) and new (light) colour schemes. Many people have brought this up and it seems that majority prefer the old dark colours. Another thing, I wish the larger font size and scrolling music title for the widget had been retained as well... Sincerely hope Samsung can see that the old UI look and feel was nicer.
