good calculator, but some of the controls are a bit confusing. you have to put your phone on landscape for the variety of tools to show, and some tools are a but difficult to use, but math and numbers aren't my forté, so I would naturally have a worse time than most with this.

Some operations repeat when hitting equals repeatedly, some do not. Attempting to select items from the history which have long decimal components results in an error message that you can't enter more than 10 digits after the decimal. Hitting the sqrt, log, e^x, etc. buttons with a number entered does not perform the selected function on that number. For such a braindead simple app, it is remarkably poorly designed.

Every time I open the app, it starts with a 0 that doesn't disappear when I start entering numbers. Unless I specifically delete it, it just adds a 0 to the end of whatever number I put in, effectively multiplying it by 10. Extremely annoying and completely pointless. Probably easy to fix, too. They just don't.

This app would probably receive 5 stars if it didn't regularly clear the current figures on the screen. I use this app to keep a running tally of my pay over the course of a week. The app randomly erases my current tally. I save my data at the end of each day, so that feature is helpful. But every day, when I add my new data, the app randomly erases what I've added. So, I have to go back to my saved data and start again. It's extremely frustrating. Please fix it!

I love the app and use it often. we all know it needs more options in the conversion section, like currency and power/torque, etc. Since my phones last update, my cursor is on the left side of the 0 instead of the right. So, any numbers you type in, that 0 stays there in your calculation unless you clear it every time you use the app. Edit: I just uninstalled and reinstalled it, and it works fine now. I did lose all my recent calculations.

Huge bug since the previous update. The calculator opens with a 0 present in the display and when you start typing your first number to calculate, the zero is not automatically overwritten. The calculator adds your number to the left. So if you type 57, the calculator displays 570. I'm going to have to find a new calculator app because today's small update did not fix the bug.

Been loving using this app since forever but ever since the new UI update, the cursor has been appearing with a zero after it on startup which makes immediately typing in values an issue as there's now always an out of place zero unless you specifically delete it. Edit: As claimed by another reviewer, uninstalling and reinstalling the app immediately fixed the issue.

The only problem I have with it is there is no memory function. M MC M+ M-. Even the cheapest calculators from the 1970s had a memory. You would think it would have one in the scientific mode. That would be really useful and I would give it five stars if they fixed it. Other than that, it is a free calculator with no ads.
