Android version of this app simply doesn't work. I haven't yet managed to file a report - it's always a "failed network connection," a perpetually spinning circle when I try to upload a photo, or a plain old crash. I use the web version often with no trouble at all, but the mobile app is so far a real stinker. I uninstalled it due to its unreliability and to the developers' failure to fix this ridiculous flaw: Users can't follow up (comment) on a complaint anonymously or as a guest.

Why isn't there a way to edit a post after you submit it? If the address is wrong, and it always is, even after saving the location... very annoying... You can't go change the address. You have to go add a comment with the correct address or start over. There goes your anonymity... It's a cool app and all. But needs work. Just the fact an issue has been closed doesn't mean it's been fixed either. It's just been closed.

Though this app is an improvement over my city's previous reporting systems, it's still far from perfect. SeeClickFix staff need to work on their apps' UI, which could be made more aesthetically appealing, less clunky, and more intuitive. Also helpful would be the ability to copy text within individual request pages, and to suggest that a request recently closed by an organization be reopened if within a certain timeframe (where users cannot already reopen a request themselves).

The SeeClickFix app started giving me an error with any photo I upload straight from my camera, but if I open it in Paint and save a new copy, it works. (Pixel Fold running up-to-date Android 15.)

Ineffective and inconsequential comes to mind when using this app to address the parking and traffic. kind of like the senior patrol car . it's not about the app it's about the response ,it's not about the patrol it's about the awareness.

Recent update is horrible. I need to report an issue so I pull over and open the app, getting some kind of 'get to know your community' banner. I am on the side of the road trying to report an issue and I can no longer see the buttons and prompts. you have ruined this app. Oh, and the address I was reporting was blocks away from where I was. I had to edit it three times before I scrolled down and found the button to save and continue. The developers invite me to contact support, but that is not a real-time option. My city uses this application for public works, and it was FINE before this last update. I would have given it 5 stars.

Incredibly limited options for reporting. This app is worse than Boston 311 in every way. It's disappointing that this is the way some cities want issues reported.

The service behind the app is incredible, but the mobile app is outdated in many ways, producing what I consider a horrendous experience. It can get worse if your city has a custom version that isn't maintained as well as the main app. It's like this on iOS, too.
