this used to work, when I first got it, a few years ago. now it says device connected then it tries to sync but takes so long trying to sync that the scale turns off and tells me to turn on scale. after repeatedly trying and disconnecting and reconnecting im definitely fed up with trying.

hi everyone! after two days with no sync between the app and my scale, I discovered that the company (Co-life Technology Co. ltd) has a new app called SensunnHealth that works as it used to the original app BodyMonitor. I installed and sync. works exactly as the original one but the graphics and opinions had an update with a more minimalist layout. I hope this may help you all! all the best!

I've used this for a while, with no issues (except having to open and close the app once or twice for it to read the new weight) until 2 days ago (21st March 25) where the app will no longer capture data. I weigh in every day, and now the app no longer records new weigh-ins. Other than that, it did its intended job till now. time for an upgrade now, it seems.

Had this app and the scales a few years now to help me be accountable when I remember to use it. Need a reminder to get on them though to help new habits form 22/3 edit no longer records weight from scales so no longer useful.

Just used my scale, it went to sync with Google Fit, and it came up with a Google Notice: This app is blocked This app tried to access sensitive info in your Google Account. To keep your account safe, Google blocked this access. Can you fix this please?

The scales and app are both useless. The app continually fails to connect to the scales. The scales them selves gave me 3 diferent results within 5 minutes. The only satisfying thing about the product was when i took it into the garage and smashed it on the concrete floor. I note that when the device does smash it breaks into 1000 tiny pieces. But still the best result i got.

Location data... Why? Its body weight scales. What could you possibly need location data on body weight scales for... Disable location on your phone and the app no longer works. If you're looking for the connectivity side of things, Take the scales back, get a refund. If you're happy to just stand on it and get a number, it does the job. Hopefully the company changes this.

A Google user

I can't use more than 1 profile. The app allows until 10 users, but it shows an error when u try to use the 2nd. I've already sent the scale to check if it was a problem with it, but they say the problem is with the app. Can you help me with this? I bought the scale because of this feature and because of this app I can't use it. *Update January 15th 2020. The developer got in touch with me... We change some e-mails and then they disappear again. The problem continues until now. Very disappointed
