Sentara MyChart provides you access to your health information and helps you conveniently, and securely, manage care for yourself and your family members. With Sentara MyChart you can:

·Communicate with your care team.
·Review test results, medications, immunization history, and other health information.
·Schedule and manage appointments, including in-person visits and video visits.
·View your After Visit Summary® for past visits and hospital stays, along with any clinical notes your provider has recorded and shared with you.
·View and pay your medical bills.
·Receive push notifications when new information is available in MyChart. You can check whether push notifications are enabled under the Account Settings within the app.

To access Sentara MyChart, you must first create a Sentara account. To sign up for an account, visit Sentara.com or download the app and click on Sign Up. After you’ve signed up, turn on fingerprint authentication or set up a four-digit passcode to quickly log in without needing to use your Sentara username and password each time. Then, make sure you have push notifications enabled to receive updates on your device when new information is available in Sentara MyChart.

Not sure where they get the "normal range" they have listed on lab results, but they need to be fixed. I've gotten many lab results that are way out of what they have listed as the "normal" range, sometimes being twice as much over the highest number they have listed as normal, and then I'm told that the results are normal anyway. If you're going to send patients their results to look at themselves, it's horrible to show them stuff very out of range and then claim it's fine. Unnecessary anxiety.

Generally, the app works as described. I would argue that there are too many different screens where pertinent information may reside. A search function might help. My biggest annoyance lies in the lack of an option to allow the device to take screenshots. Levels of privacy should be an opt-out. It is incredibly inconvenient neither being able to copy text, nor take screenshots.

this app used to work well now it's junk!! i just updated it and now I can't access anything.. not appointments not test results, can't request refills.. NOTHING!! it gives me an error message that says this app has a bug!! please try again after the developer has done an update.. Sentara has really dropped the ball in alot of areas since coming to our little town. and by the looks of the other ratings I'm not the only one who feels this way.

This version of the app is inferior to the previous application as it is more difficult to navigate. Not at all user friendly! I can no longer see when or what sort of lab work I need to have done. Additionally not all of my currently scheduled appointments are available to view. I rely on this when scheduling transportation!

For this to be an app that serves from a medical perspective, it should have a cleaner, smoother transition from one command to another. There is a significant time delay for screen response when you tap a selection on the app screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and the same problem still persist. Please resolve this issue, because i almost missed a telehealth call because it took my appt forever to connect. PLEASE FIX😡

I like its previous version. It's clear and organized. After the update, I can not find the reminder of my next upcoming appointment date and time. At first, the updated version seems well organized, but when I scroll down to the page, I see junk piled up. It's kind of messy, and I don't know where to start, leaving me frustrated.

"Select Reason for Visit" to schedule an appointment takes you to a blank screen and you can't move forward without choosing a reason. I dig all the other features though, just wish the scheduling function worked. Update: got a response eventually that says they fixed the issue. They didn't. 1 Star instead of the 3 I gave you before you lied to me months after I reported the issue that you have yet to fix.
