App Builder allows you to create your own Android apps.
You can publish your apps on Google Play.
Simple tasks can be done without any coding.
For more complex tasks, the coding is done in JavaScript or Java.
You can also earn money by integrating AdMob ads into your app. Both banner ads and interstitial ads are supported. This can be done without any coding.

This is much easier than Android Studio and does not require a desktop computer.

Features:

Full access to the Android API.
Simple tasks can be done without coding.
Coding is done in JavaScript or Java.
Share the APK file or publish your app on the Google Play Store.
Editor with syntax highlighting (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, JSON, XML) and code folding.
Standard Android build tools are used.
You can add dependencies to include libraries from Maven or other repositories.
Logcat viewer allows you to see system messages, which are useful for debugging.
Support for the Android App Bundle (AAB) format.
Firebase integration allows you to deploy easily to your project using the Firebase CLI.
Version control.

There are over 20 example apps to use as starting points:

AdMob: Demonstrates the use of banner ads and interstitial ads and also displays your device ID (which you need to mark your own device as a test device per AdMob policies).
AI Text-to-Emoji Translator: Shows how to use the OpenAI API in your own app. You can even make your own ChatGPT!
Audio: Shows how to play sound in your app.
Billing: Demonstrates how to use in-app billing.
Camera: A simple app that shows, among other things, how to request permissions at runtime.
Chats: A public chats app, a rather complex example.
Clock Widget: Yes, you can create app widgets (the things that you put on your home screen, like clocks and weather).
Dialogs: Demonstrates how to use dialogs.
Editor: A simple editor app.
Favorite Music: An audio player packaged with a playlist.
Feedback: Sends messages from your app back to you, the developer.
Google Sign-In: Demonstrates how to integrate Google Sign-In into your app.
Image Gallery: An app that packages photos inside the app.
Java App: Shows how to use Java in your app.
Push Notifications: Demonstrates how to use Firebase push notifications and in-app messaging.
Reminder: Demonstrates how to use the AlarmManager and receivers.
Take Photo: Shows how to take photos and use them in your app.
Text-to-Speech: Demonstrates text-to-speech functionality.
Threads: Demonstrates the use of threads.
Video: Shows how to play a video in your app.
ViewPager: Shows how to set up a ViewPager (a view that displays other views as "pages" which can be traversed by the "swiping" gesture).
One approach to Android app design is to use existing HTML/CSS/JavaScript code and wrap it as an app. This can easily be done in App Builder. If you just need to wrap a website URL into an app, App Builder will do it for you in minutes without any coding.

App Builder is also a great tool for learning programming in JavaScript and Android app design.

Without a subscription, you have access to most features, but your apps will only run on the device they were built on.
A subscription allows you to build apps without this restriction. Additionally, some features of App Builder are only available to subscribers.

There are quite a few apps on Google Play that claim to be "App Builders," "App Makers," or "App Creators," etc. They don't actually allow you to create anything functional. They merely allow you to fill in a template, choose some options, type in some text, add some pictures, and that's it.
App Builder, on the other hand, allows you to do almost anything a native Android app can do. Simple tasks can be done with no coding, but more complex business logic or app features may require some coding in JavaScript or Java.

Far better than mobeasy or igenapps but it's a but (VERY) basic and technical. It'll do what you want but I think a tutorial is in order. If you don't already know what you're doing, and/or have a grasp on Java you won't know what you're looking at. More than anytime I'd like it to be more user friendly for beginners. I am very glad to see that it's not some basic trash like so many others. Ty for putting actual effort into this. Keep it up, and ramp it up.

This app is in great need of a demo video or something. I understand intermediate level people might be able to figure it out on their own, but the mostly no coding description insinuates the target would be more beginner friendly. It wouldn't be hard for the app maker or someone else to make a short series of 5 minute videos showing how to use the app and what the different labels mean. Would greatly benefit the users and would make the app much more popular I think.

This would be a great investment if you want to build an app, I know little about front end and it's really working using html, I hope the subscription have flexible offers, like monthly, quarterly, though it's good, the Yearly is great too. I will subscribe to this, If I do have a budget.. Soon, thanks..

This App is very interesting to create new applications and to learn features & inputs in software development. I recommend to the developers to upgrade further development tools and better introduction for each activity for better understandings. Thanks. Also consider the framework for synchronization with other device's through Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and Infrared communication is better.

This could be a useful app, but without a subscription, essential parts of the examples cannot be viewed and I got lost... Also, all the apps' files seem to be mixed together in one set, which is very confusing.

I have been looking to modify another app that's been abandoned from the playstore for awhile! & this app builder allowed me to do just what I wanted!! I just copied & paste all of the existing coding of another app, & made a few minor tweaks that I wanted to do & I could actually follow thru!! Pasting seems to lag, but that's about it!! Thanks & kudos to the dev!! - @ serakont!!
