i experienced technical problems with the ride..i cannot complaint about the issue..i cannot end the ride quickly and therr are so much issues in the app..we left the scooter in front of our accomodation..we dont know if someone will get it and ride it or what..but hopefully no..the fare in our app is still on going

I think its great. I can actually get around the city now. They offer extra credit on top up on some weekends, recommend you to wait for that and then recharge!

Do not purchase anything in the app!! They will take your money and the scooters won't work. Even when you ask for support or refund you get stuck in queue and what you paid will never come back! A scam by every means

I am not receiving verification code for registering new account. I have tried a number of times since 8 hours I have tried both phone and Google registration but the same issue with both. Please fix this issue ASAP!

"Connection to server failed" all day long. Support doesn't pick up the phone..

Doesn't send SMS for verification (tried 3 different numbers). So, pretty useless.
