Hard to navigate and providers don't always show up under messaging. App is buggy. I haven't been able to sign on in 3 days. Keeps giving me a warning saying the app has a bug and I can't use it until they fix the bug issues. Well, fix it. I need to make appointments and read test results and have no way to view them. **As of Dec. 2nd 2024 still not working. No way to log in or access messages/scheduling/lab results.

App stopped working. Now, it just tells me that it closed because of a bug and that I just need to wait for an update that fixes it. Can't even read messages from my doctor even if I'm logged on to Sharp in a browser, because when I click on "read message," it tries to open the app and crashes. Less than useless at this point.

Ever since the new update the app fails to log in or allow me to do anything. Trying to view messages or results in Chrome boots me to the failed app. Before you give me platitudes on assistance, app developers, just fix it. Please. This is medical information I am having trouble accessing and you can and will be held liable for failing to provide alternatives (IE access to results from Chrome on my phone)

I don't find the user interface on this app to be very intuitive. I get text messages and emails saying that I should log in for a new message, but the link doesn't take me directly to the message, so I have to search for it, and sometimes it's not a message, but a new appointment. Also, the former app posted weight and blood pressure on the home page...I spent about 10 minutes searching for it on this app - it was under a few layers. Just not easy to use.

Why is there not a prescription refill category in the home page or in the drop-down menu? I would imagine that would be one of the most common use services for an app like this. And if the app is not intuitive, why not have instructions for it on the Sharp website or have a search bar in the app to look it up. For anyone having the same issue, it's under the notifications category. Overall, this app is not user friendly and the search for instructions has been a frustrating experience.

Even though I own my medical records, this app doesn't allow me to export, screenshot, or print my own info or test results. When I get a notification that my doctor ordered a test, and I click the notification to schedule, it doesn't work. Ease of appointment scheduling is slightly better than the prior Follow My Health app only for an existing provider seen in the last two years, but with that being the only improvement, I still prefer the old app.

Its been some time now, and the app is still really disorganized, but im getting used to it. There is still no dedicated prescription button on the homepage. The message center is still not very helpful. When I get an email that I have a message, the message is not on the homepage, you have to dig to find it. With the old system, I would ALWAYS get a response the same day. Now it takes a few days minimum to get any type of response. Bummer.

Repeated issues with appointments being cancelled with no notification. They are also being deleted from the appointment list with no way of proving/showing from my end they were indeed booked. Luckily I had the pre-op protocol message from the doctor and knew I hadn't made a mistake. Also, I help manage multiple family member accounts and have to enter their username and password each time to log in. The biometric and pin option is only available for 1 user. Used to be able to save un/pw.
