Horrible, not able to get in touch. Waited on hold multiple times to be hung up on. Don't take an order if you can't fulfil it. Placed order for 3pm delivery. No word until 3.30 and scheduled deliver at 6. Was not going to be able to collect at that time so needed to cancel. Neither the live chat nor phone line were any help. Told the person with the package not to let it go to the courier as I didn't have any means of contact. Don't waste your time with this service.

Fast, easy and fun - great to have options and it's easy to get proof of delivery and who accepted for corporate use or small business. Barcode and ATL options, picture taken of package at door of accepting persons figure options if needed. Great service very smart set up.

This is a driver working for the company. Company is doing a cheap things. They don't treat the drivers well. Unless they don't treat the drivers well, they cannot expect a good service from them. Only if they are happy about what they are doing, they do the job well satisfying the customers. But with the unnecessary cheap things your company does, make the drivers unhappy. The support systems of the company are handled by the people in pilipinas. They have no clue about what they are doing. The

Frustrating "Live Chat with Sherpa Support". Every time I need to enter my details like Name, email & mobile no. why I should enter those details while I am using my account to contact support.

Ok now I won't recommend this company and it seems my reviews keep dissapearing from here. Totally disappointed. Do your research and read the reviews left. Bad management I tried for 3 weekends in a row to get a parcel collected and 3 times i was given the run around and to say they are a delivery company hey they couldn't ever find a person to get my parcel delivered. If thus review is not posted I will report to Google.
