Shipday Drive is an app for delivery drivers and couriers delivering locally. It helps the drivers to stay on time, stay in touch with the dispatcher, and keep all of their order details in one place.

Wants all your permissions even for things it shouldn't need access too. This app is a privacy nightmare. Opens up on its own and starts transmitting data. Keeps logs of my phone use and location even when not using it. And the final straw. Wants access to my pictures and videos and phone storage even when not using the app. Funny the developer only said one thing they didn't do. But couldn't deny the other allegations of privacy concerns and why collecting data when I wasn't driving on app??

Quite possibly the worst delivery interface I've ever used. When importing an address to Google Maps, it almost always imports the wrong address. On average the address is 3 minutes away from the intended address. the fact that it took me to an address 10 minutes away from the intended address is what prompted me to give this review. Additionally it always asks me to review the app when in the middle of making deliveries. If they really wanted feedback, they should ask for it after I sign out.

I want to be able to give it 5 stars. This needs to be a system where the last mile delivery service can enter multiple restaurants with the manual forms geared to each restaurant. This way all orders from all restaurants go to the driver app. Many restaurants can't afford to use the big boys to deliver and still just do call in orders. If each restaurant was able to dispatch their call ins for delivery manually on just their app it would really simplify things.

Really like this app, seems to work very well. The one thing I'd ask is that when the app is in dark mode, the highlighted number of products changes to white text on light grey circle, when the product amount is more than one. Could this be changed to black text on a light grey circle please? It's hard to read. Also, it might be an idea to be able to make the text slightly larger for us with poor eyesight. It could benefit from being a couple of points larger when android system is in largetext

Not worth it, the route optimisation does Not work, and the rest of it is extremely hard to use. Constantly freezes and will not upload. Have tried optimising and route planning from the dashboard, and it consistently chooses inefficient routes, ignoring neighbouring addresses and doubling back later. Sometimes it deviates 2000km between neighbouring addresses! The dashboard looks great, but the app Is not suited to delivery businesses at all.

The app is really quite good but there is room for improvement. If the restaurant updates the order after it is dispatched there is no place for drivers to update the total due. Also the driver app does not show whether the order is CASH or CHARGE when the order is imported from GloriaFood. And finally if a rating is left by a customer, the driver is not made aware of the rating - only the dispatcher is notified.

Irrelevant Unloved

This is the same app as questtag, same privacy issues as it too, why do you require access to our phone storage to run the app without it asking us every 5 seconds for phone storage access. With proof of delivery turned on this might make sense but I dont need pod and this is my personal phone why do you need access to my pictures?

1 star is left for the completed orders are only shown for last 1 day it is better if you can make it show at least a month back data. it is not that hard to add it aight ? i know that cuz i am also software engineer. Thanks 😊 Great App.
