Often lags and won't refresh properly. Try to sign out and sign back in to fix it and it takes over an hour just to sign out while "sending data". Deleted and reinstalled app and now can't sign in at all. Every update seems to break the app

Absolutely awful for workers, which means most likely, great for managers. The categories are unnecessary, there's no way to organize the tasks manually, in the order that's most efficient, which is different for each complex. The interface is convoluted and confusing. I would only recommend this app to someone I hate.

Like many other apps, they started with a few kinks but they were honest and they knew about them. They worked hard over the years to find the right amount of steam to iron them out and they were successful in doing so. Their live, realtime support team is always quickly available to assist and work fast on a resolution rather than make you wait, they get the job done.

No ability to assign sub tasks to another person when using mobile version. Example ... move out photos... you can assign task but when new assign user wants to click on paint,carpet or floor... it will not let you select anything because that sub task isn't moved to new assigned user.

Helps with efficiency. We need it to be compatible with our current program yardi. Be great if residents phone#'s were available like intended during development of siteplan. They have training and support available. Thank you for helping us improve. Update: 7-29-19 system is working great.

Does not have a refresh mode, a lot of time I can't see new tickets but the others workers can, or when I close any, it still appears to the others members that the ticket it si still open, it happens 2 and 3 times a week, I have to keep removing the app and installing it again in order to refresh it.

I started working at an apartment complex that uses this app. At first it works as it should, but now for the past few days it logs me and my co-workers out randomly and we have to log back in. Please fix! It never did that before so im uninstalling then reinstalling and see what happens.
