Outrageously bad service. They deactive the account with no notice (and ask for documents I have provided previously); I immediately provide them the documents "for security" but they fail to reactivate. The number to call does not pick up (I called maybe 50 times - every time they say - we are busy call back later). Worst service ever. SHOCKING to be honest!!!! We use French highways a lot, I guess they do not want us to use their electronic peage thingy?

The account set up process is simple enough. Thereafter most pages on the website (including the help pages) are in French. No other language seems possible, although most browsers now allow translation. I stand to be corrected if I have missed it. It took the Ulys box 10 days to reach me. The good thing is that Vinci don't set up the DD / take money (€1) until the toll box arrived. So far so good. Rolling up to the first toll gantry will be a little nerve wracking. App to be road tested...

A bit quirky to set up the direct debit between UK and France. Once this is done it's a breeze to pass through toll gates. Billing information is clear and concise.

system functions very well but no English communication no acknowledgement of letters even if in French. must pay in Euros by Direct Debit. Check very carefully your bank supports this.

Makes traversing the motorways easier. If travelling alone in UK vehicle it just makes life easier to not have to pop in and out the car at the toll booths. It's bearable with a passenger, but ultimately the convenience definitely is worth the paltry monthly charge. Been driving in France for years and this definitely makes travelling easier. Toll roads or parking it's just great to show up and leave and be invoiced at the end of the month. Monthly fee is active only when you use the card.

I needed help to set up the direct debit correctly. I'd emailed them to for help, but got no reply. The €1 they attempted to take out didn't work so they suspended my account. I got an email 3 days after me asking for help saying they will debit my account €40 and there is a €30 charge if I don't return the tag. I've not even received my tag after 3 weeks of applying for it. Do not use Ulys if you're in the UK, they will ignore you and then say you owe them €70! Absolutely disgusting company!

To be honest: old fashioned app where data is provided several days you had your trip and used the tol roads. That's no longer of this time. Also when you are logged in on the app you have Log in again in your account. The app is just a webpage in an app framework and it is badly done.

I am Unable to login in the App. I've un-installed it many times. As soon as i click on the login the application crash. Please fix it. For information I'm using a Samsung S23 ultra. Update. I've fixed the issue by login on from my browser and then refresh the application. It will be wise to be able to login directly from the Ulys App, instead of redirecting towards a browser.
