Hi. So far I have used this app and it is working fine... but recently updates are done by itself after that I can't add my card details into this app so I am unable to topup... I'm really very disappointed... I did try all the way. but still I'm not sure what the issue is... only I went to the sintel shop they can do topup.

able to download the app but can't install it. after launching the app, just paper for 5sec it won't crash by disappear from the screen. remove and install few time also can't solve it..

The Top Up Other service is being removed after the recent update. it is very inconvenient when I am trying to top up for my old grandparents and relatives. Please look into this issue. thanks.

After the update, I wanted to send internet data to a friend. Instead it went to my own number, even though I had entered my friend's number. Twice I entered my friend's number, twice the data also went into my own Singtel number. what a waste of my money because I don't use much data, I use a lot of wifi, now my internet data is a lot

keep giving me expired OTP. how to verify? useless app. I am on prepaid. seems like Singtel quality down the drain perhaps tech source out to curry. network signal intermittent unlike previously. need to change Telco liao

doesn't allow access to top up when data or main account is low or run out, how does Singtel expect pple to then continue to use the prepaid card if there is no internet access? Ridiculous!!!

Worst app I have ever used. To think that I paid $12 for a sim card and the app crashed every other page. No way to get my refund too. Read that other faced the same problem too.

why did the added cards disappear again? how many times do we need to add cards again to top up singtel? please do something about it so that the added cards don't disappear when u need to top up. so frustrating.
