I am overseas. I was forced to update my app. Now i cannot access my account. I need to check my roaming data and i cant. Everytime i try to login, the system goes into a loop - biometric login prompt followed by one pass login in prompt. It is the same after reinstalling. It's embarassing, how a telecom company cannot get its app working. The reviews tell a story. Stop trying to sell insurance and other unrelated items and fix your core product. You leave your customers very frustrated.

Should introduce linear tracking of data. E.g. after 10 days, this is how much you should be using to stay on track. 2024 Edit: seem to have the same experience as other folks. Conveniently can't see my data allowance while on holiday and couldn't purchase my roaming package on the app. This app has gotten worse over the years!!

2024-10-16: They appear to have fixed the issue with downloading the ebills, it's now working as it should. I had previously tried to reinstall the app to no avail. It was impossible to speak to anyone on the helpline. The app support was no better. I tried their WhatsApp help, but only got stock replies from Shirley the AI bot. All very frustrating. So it appears Google app reviews is the fastest way to get through to them. So sad. I expect much better support from such a large incumbent.

always have problem with Singtel. I only changed a new handphone and Singtel app cannot use. previously was Singtel didn't inform me about the rebilling and charge me extra $10 for months. Horrible business strategy. Now I cannot use the app again! Hello Singtel management please ensure you use the right technology please, you making user life difficult!

App generally functions well. However, there is a bug with Network Lock even if you activate successfully in the app and close it. When you reopen the app, Network Lock still appear as Not Activated. It allows you to activate each time you open the app, but the settings was never saved and appears as Not Activated everytime you reopen the app to check. 2 stars for now as this is suppose to be an important function that prevent user from incurring unnecessary data roaming cost.

Such a buggy experience. Unclear how to link NRIC to get onepass. Even when done, still so many issues trying to log in with an OTP. I've given up on this app so many times. Regret going with Singtel.

The only apps that forces me to visit the store and queue for hours for something that could be done via retrieving data from SingPass. How inconvenience and lack of infusion of current technology. Can only say disappointed to the company. And this is the company that want their customers to opt for 5G whenever possible! Sigh!

Dear Singtel App, Problem discovered in the New version; 1. It will be good if we can change our login password in the app. 2. Please Enable the bill owner to switch to full access without login, or at least biometric assess, it will be nice. 3. Speed very slow when switching to next screen or page. Thank you for listening.
